10/22 - 190.9 Did not have a scale at the hotel so I just weighed myself in the evening when I got home.
10/23 - 190 Wooow! This round has started off really strong! I'm soooooo excited to get back into the 180s!!!! Tomorrow?!?! I ate like crap yesterday and had a huge piece of pizza and pepsi right before bed lol so it could happen lol.
10/24 190.5 Grrr! Lol wrong way! Oh well, can't complain! That was a big jump all at once.
10/25 191 I ate a bunch of Indian food yesterday for lunch soooo this isn't a surprise. It still sucks though! Oh well, back on it today! I have a shrimp salad for lunch ;D

@quiltingjaine I'm SO proud of you. It's TOTALLY okay to take a day off. The first 2-4 weeks back in the gym are the hardest: you feel weak, you HURT, and it's the time when you're the most vulnerable to giving up. Keep up the good work! You're exactly where you need to be.
Also, don't push too hard too quickly regarding moving your weights up, particularly during these first 2-4 weeks. If things feel super-easy, obviously it's okay to move things up a notch: just make sure you're moving up ONE NOTCH, not six or seven.

@HoopsGuy72 THANK YOU! It means so much to get a virtual pat on the back! We leave on the next cruise in about a month and I’m concerned about the backslide while I’m on the ship. It food-wise, it’s the exercise. I know I’ll get lots of steps but worry about the rest of me falling back. Thank you again!0
