FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

    **Keto Seed Porridge ~ 1 serving
    5.2 net carbs ~ 333 calories

    ~1/4 tsp madagascar bourbon vanilla bean paste
    ~1 TB hemp seeds
    ~1 TB flax seed meal
    ~1 TB flax seeds
    ~1 TB chia seeds
    ~cinnamon ~ to taste
    ~4 ozs purified water
    ~1 TB heavy whipping cream

    Goal Weight- 121 (half my former self)

    Ended Round 92- 151lbs (-.8 for the round)

    20 Oct- 148.8 what the what!!??? Lol that is a mighty big drop, let’s see what happens next. I did replace my almost daily pint of halo top with a zero carb low calorie protein shake the last 2 days. Could it really be that simple? It brings my sugar intake down from around 20g to under 5g. Hoping this round keeps me under 150.

    69 years old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... :D...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

    Trying to get back to walking 5 miles a day. A pinched nerve and back surgery side-lined me for about a year.

    @merph518 hi! So impressed with your C25K... I finished mine last year and moved onto the Nike+ run club app as I don't have the discipline to just run without instructions! It gives loads of different options based on your goals so it's also very flexible. Hope you continue to enjoy the runs.
