Sounds like a challenging situation for anyone, I always eat too much when someone else has done the cooking!
One day at a time 🙂

I stayed the same this week which is a bit disappointing. I did have done great days but I also had times when I lost control.
I really need to find the time to get more exercise in but it’s so hard with the kids!!!

I get it, I have 4 kids, and its hard to workout around them. Try home workouts, my kids used to do it with me when they were younger, or id have them play in their rooms while i worked out

So I get yearly blood work done at my job, I decided to go to the doctor because every year my Bilirubin levels are high, I self Diagnosed myself Gilbert syndrome because I fit symptoms to a T, constant tiredness, IBS symptoms, Dizziness, slight Jaundice, but it doesnt cause any health issues, so its nothing to worry about

So the doctor called me yesterday, and guess what? I have Gilberts syndrom, she was very impressed by my accurate diagnoses of myself, haha.

Heres the funny part, some things that make it worse are:

Vigorous exercise (yep I do that)
Fasting or skipping meals (I do IF and skip breakfast everyday)
    Eating low calories

So the things I do everyday to lose weight and stay healthy, makes it worse, lol

I basically maintained this week which is ok. I'm still on track to hit my goals. I definitely have some things to work on so its a day to day effort. I'm determined to hit my goal. I always gain at least 5 pounds during the holidays so to lose through the holidays will be awesome.

I couldn't wait to weigh in this am. I've been working really hard.

Shooting for 1200 to 1350 cals and 300 min of exercise or activity.

    Challenge starting weight- 259

    10/23- 258.7
10/30- 252.9 - I would assume that has to be some water weight drop because the weekend prior to the 23rd wasn't my greatest showing of self control around margaritas lol, probably realistically closer to 3lbs. My average has been 2-3lbs a week so that would make more sense.
11/6- 248.6 - Moving along. Had a decent week with a ton of physical activity in construction projects, house work, etc so made a notable stride.

I am in. I have been fighting the last five pounds for the past month and I'm starting to become defeated. Losing weight in your 30s is so much harder. I hope I can stick to it.

It's moving in the right direction . Did have a bit of a binge last night but thankfully didn't go for the cookies or carb heavy foods instead ate nearly a dozen grilled wings.

I did so well with maintaining my calorie count until Monday, when i had cheese cake, cookies and beer. One good thing is that I started doing Turbo fire on Monday. Again down just one pound, but at least I am still losing. I have my work cut out for me if I want to reach my goal.

Last week had a few setbacks, exercise-wise, but thankfully I've been able to stay two days ahead in planning, have stayed at or above my protein goal, and I've kept to the eating plan.

3.5 pounds down for the week, 7.2 so far for the challenge period.

Challenge End Weight Goal- 199 lbs or lower
Total weight loss goal by Christmas- 24.5-31.5 lbs for the challenge period
