    Im glad to see this challenge is still going on! zcutting out added sugar is the biggest change I want to make! I think i ate only sugar today, but Im hoping to be different tomorrow.

    I read "no added sugar" and with that, I'd like to jump in please. I'm realizing, hello...that some foods like my peanut butter probably have alot of sugar and I ate two bananas yesterday. I'm going to eventually cut back and phase out certain foods (hope and goal).
    Yesterday sugar: 61 grams
    Today: 14 grams

    35 sugar yesterday, 14 from bourbon honey salad dressing.

    24 grams total sugar today. No added sugars.

    A veritable smorgasbord! Had a good amount of plants today.
    Orange pepper
    Spinach
    Kale
    Tomato
    Wheatgrass

    Had leftover turkey. 4 grams sugar from whole plain turkey? (I checked a few entries on MFP database)

    Would have thought meat was 0 sugar!

    49 grams total sugar today. About 15 was added, mostly salad dressing.

    30 grams of sugar today and I'm pretty sure Honey Bunches of Oats was the heavy hitter. Then following was carrots, potato, red onion and bread.

    I'd like to set a sugar target. After reading comments, I'm Thinking 24 to 30 grams. And none of it being added sugar. Does this sound like a good goal.

    I think it's a logical goal since even fruits and vegetables have sugar in them. Yes, I think it's a good one!

    By the way, I'm so glad that part of the title of this thread reads "limiting added sugar" because I do not plan to completely avoid it and there are so many things I'm still learning. I had 22 grams of sugar, bread and fruit mostly.
