    Only lost 3 pounds in the last challenge. I am averaging a pound a month, so not losing extremely fast anymore. Would love to get into my maintenance range by the end of the year, but we will see how it goes. My weigh-in days will be Saturdays.

    Nov 1- 141.5 up a bit from Chinese food last night
    Nov 2 - 139.7 super stoked! This is a real number to, now I just have to try and hold on to through the weekend!

Just a little slower at my age than it used to be, but still so rewarding. I am traveling on the 11th, which will likely set me back.     Was basically maintaining for almost three weeks, and then just woosh this week. Hopefully this means I'm back on track and see continual, gradual loss each week. I was getting worried there for a while. Maintaining didn't make any sense since I was still eating in a pretty hefty deficit and I increased my works out.
