11/09 175.1lbs 6h47m/83 - good leg/butt workout... 🍑
11/10 175.3lbs 6h52m/82 - I don't even know.... or it's DOMS (cuz my booty is s.o.r.e!).
11/11 Thank you to our Veterans! 175.6lbs 5h12m/74 - fun night out, but late... hope I am not dragging all day.
11/12 175.7lbs 6h14m/74 - great workout yesterday, but not great sleep. Not gonna panic, this is NOT a trend. There is no chance of making goal, tho.
11/13 175.7lbs 6h22m/77 - frustrated, but I know this will break. Heavy back/butt workout this morning, which will help me feel better....
11/14 176.1lbs 6h38m/81 - slept well, but feel like I could use another hour. Do NOT understand my weight, but I've wobbled like this before. Great workout yesterday, excellent mood. TATTOO THURSDAY! Excited!
11/15 175.8lbs 6h44m/82 - got a new scale that links to Fitbit, want to start tracking BF. I will take this weight, but the old scale had me at 174.8. Still not making goal, but I'm ok with it. Workout this am. Caps game tonight! 🦅🏒

11/09 – 144.5
11/10 - 144
11/11 – 145 – Monday bump…I’ll drink plenty of water today and hope it will be gone tomorrow.
11/12 – 145.5 – I used to always get my weekend bump on Monday, but now my body wants to screw up my Tuesdays too. More water today!
11/13 – 144.5 – That’s better! I woke up in the middle of the night and my knee was locked in a bent position. It hurt like crazy to straighten it out, but it was fine once I did. This happened a couple months ago too. I’m not sure if I should continue with my treadmill walking or just focus on knee strengthening. I have a Dr. appt. in early December so I’m hoping I don’t have any major problems before then.
11/14 – 144 – I stopped after work last night and bought a knee stabilizer wrap. I used it while I exercised last night and I didn’t have any problems with the knee.
11/15 – 143.5 – I really have to watch this weekend. I am going to log all my food and try to stay around 1200 calories both days. This is my last weekend before out of town relatives start coming in next week and I know the parties will start.

Goal : 1 lb this round
11/09 134.2 : I didn't sleep the previous night so ate cookies. Then in the evening I was starving and the only thing there was cheese and crackers, so those have led to a little bump. But!! Today is Saturday and I'm going to make sure my usual weekend sabotage doesn't happen.
11/10 133.6 I was one calorie over for yesterday and didn't eat any sweet. Also, I didn't feel like eating cheese yesterday and was wondering what to put on my toast for a very light dinner. Sprinkled some nutritional yeast on top and was supremely pleased with myself!
11/11 133.6 not bad since I was home and had easy access to snacks! Armistice day today.
11/12 134 I should expect this because I was at maintenance calories by the time I finished for the evening with pretzels and ranch dressing. Hello, salt, thanks for sticking around 😆 good news is that the elliptical seemed very comfortable! And I was at a faster pace than usual. I think today I am going to have some low-salt foods, and water.
11/13 134 I was sad and anxious last evening so I ate more than I should have. I feel awful this morning 😔 but have to think positive. Everything will be fine.
11/13 133.8. nothing else to report!
11/14 133.8. I'm so glad I signed up for the group. I'm having a tough time in the evening and go over my calories, but I keep thinking that I have to report here and it's keeping me from going berserk. I don't even have anything fantastic, just mindless stupid eating for no reason. Once again, this week I realized how much working out helps my anxiety come down, so I've been doing that every evening after work. Thinking about adding a short walk immediately after dinner so I can break out of the after- dinner habit.9 -
@jaccimc63 don't push your knee incase you hurt it more. Better to be safe than sorry!4

Day/Weight/Comment
11/09: 159.8-Jumped rope for the first time in 20 years. It was so easy when I was a kid but now it’s a workout from 😈🌋🔥
11/10: 159.8-45 minutes elliptical. First time getting past 20 minutes felt easy.
11/11: 159.8:🤔. 2nd week of N2R, it’s going well and am happy that getting outside for a walk/run when it’s cold feels surprisingly good.
11/12: 159.0-Nice to finally see this number move!
11/13: 159.0-Active rest day. Back to N2R on Thursday.
11/14: 159.4-Strength day, knee push-ups, and stretching. Knees a little achy and it’s 18 outside, may skip the N2R today.
11/15: 159.0-35 minutes rowing, felt great.

I couldn't agree more with @StatChicBayes and @oldephatguy - good stuff!
If you are going to use the MFP progress chart, look for a downward trend. Back it up to a month, 3 months, 6 - whatever you need to see that overall progress.
Remember that our scales are measuring in 10th's of a unit. Fluctuations are going to be the norm - especially at a data point that small. A weekly (or even monthly) view is likely to look like an EKG, and that can mess with your head.
I was so frustrated back in April, I was ready to give up. I'd only been at it for a few months. I'm a data geek, and no matter how I backed up the process chart, I couldn't see a trend. Up and down, but almost flat lined. @mtararoot recommended reading the Hacker Diet and using Trend Weight (trendweight.com). It links into Fitbit and calculates a rolling 10 day average. BOOM! Look at this!
You can see the scale weight, but the red overlay is your trend. You really don't have to try to switch things up or analyze your food and exercise unless you see the trend edging up.
Coolest thing I've ever seen! And here I am, 7 months later. Still motivated, and still inching along.

Intro:Let me introduce myself. I struggled with my weight as a teen, topping out at nearly 200. I dropped it after high school and got to a healthy weight. Every major life changed has brought weight back on - having kids, pre-menopause, menopause, family tragedy, post menopause. I've knocked it back down each time, and have been surprised that each time required a different strategy, and resulted in a different type of lifestyle change to maintain. Each time as been much harder and slower. At this point, it's moving off at a snail's pace.
Motivation. I have a hyatial hernia. It does not bother me as long as I keep the weight at 150 or below. Every female on my mother's side has had arthritic knees, and I'm starting to feel twinges. They have also sustained falls and broken bones. My husband had a major health scare a coupe of years ago. The idea of being put out of commission by a preventable injury or illness scares the bejimminies out of me.
Goals. The goals at this stage are to drop weight to a healthy range, realign my eating style to a lifestyle that will keep me healthy into my golden years, and strengthen the muscles that support my knees, ankles, and shoulders, along with my core, to prevent injury.
Dropping weight post menopausal has been so difficult, I need this to be the last time. 10-15 pounds used to be easy to drop, so that was always my warning bell to focus. Not so much now. Looks like a 3-5 pound fluctuation will be it.
A healthy weight for me is 135-140. I've always looked anorexic at 120. We'll see how things are at 135, and go from there.
Strategy: Up the hydrating foods. Fruit with breakfast. Salad/veggies as bulk of lunch. Healthy dinner. Limit/eliminate processed carbs and sugars. Zero calorie intake after 8pm. Strength exercises 3 days on/1 day rest. Regular movement through day to compensate for desk job.

OW: 158.5 (12/30/18)
UG: 135.0 (for now, healthy weight for me)
R95 SW: 146.3
R95 GW: 146.0 (you'll see why in a sec)
11/09 (S) 146.3 I was firmly in the 147's the week prior (147.1 on the 8th) This is a whoosh. Hoping it is the result of a modification to my WOE, where I've added fruit to breakfast and a handful of greens to lunch.
11/10 (S) 147.0 The expected spike after a whoosh. Had a higher than normal fat breakfast Saturday morning, skipped lunch, and had frozen appetizers (high sodium) for dinner watching the Xfinity Race (we're big NASCAR fans here). Skipped fruit altogether. Did have a salad with the appetizer dinner).
11/11(M) 147.0 Another big Sunday breakfast with high fat and no fruit. Skipped lunch. Again. Tacos during the Monster Cup Race. Higher fat than one expects. Sodium was high as well, so drink extra water to accommodate - and that looks to be a successful strategy. Blueberries for an evening snack.
So. Next weekend are the Championship races for all 3 series. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We make a huge big deal out of this. It's my family's Super Bowl. I need to plan ahead so I'm not stuck in kitchen and we have plenty to eat. I also need to make sure I'm moving early and afterwards - that's a lot of TV time.
11/12 (T) 146.9 Nice. Ripped the water intake, and stayed on plan. Tried a new recipe for gazpacho for lunch! Have enough of the ingredients for a second batch for lunch today! Had salmon cakes for dinner. Family tradition calls for fried white potatoes as a side 😳 I splurged with a half size portion and added a spinach salad. Win for everyone. 😊
Having the family in Sunday for the big race 🏁 Decided on a menu of chili w/ground turkey & a big bowl of salad. Oven baked chicken strips for the kiddos. Fruit & salad tray and hummus with low carb flat bread for snacks should keep me and daughter in-law out of the inevitable chips & dip. I think I've got this!
11/13 (W) 146.4 These are morning weigh ins. Yesterday was an on track day for eating and water intake. Worked late, missed dinner so had an after 8pm snack. I could have easily ditched my strength exercises, but dragged myself out of chair once I was fueled up. Good day!
11/14 (T) 147.0 Ugh. Skipped workout. Missed breakfast. Canned soup with big sodium for lunch. Last two days of work have been brutal prepping for a monthly briefing. Stress + long hours + high sodium + reduction in water intake + skipped workout. Had a pretty good idea it would show up on scale. Need to get back on track today. Still have time to end round at goal.
11/15 (F) 146.6 Work is still nuts. I did get some aerobics in early. Was mindful of water intake, and back on eating plan. I'm fortunate to not have to severely limit sodium, but it's clear that high sodium days pull me off target.

11/09 131.3, off to gym for 60 minutes today, volunteering for a couple of hours, going to a college football game watch, and making a new recipe with tofu (never made tofu before) for dinner so pretty busy Saturday for me.
11/10 131.3
11/11 131.2, lazy weekend but back at the gym today and still have tofu from Saturday. I made a pie yesterday as a trial before thanksgiving and it turned out well.
11/12 131.1, no gym today but ate leftovers of tofu stir fry for lunch and dinner
11/13 Trying a new Mac and cheese recipe with kale and leeks tonight for dinner and will go to the gym for 70 minutes for the elliptical. I need to get back to doing barre and hope to start that this weekend. It’s easy when you go regularly but you regress pretty quickly so I’m a bit intimidated. My birthday is next week so want to end this birth year on a high note.
11/14 131.0, leftover Mac and cheese and trivia night tonight. Been catching up on past seasons of British Bake Show at the gym so it’s a good way for me to do 60 minutes on the machine.
11/15 130.3, ate very well yesterday, but didn’t drink as much water as I should have. Going to drink three glasses before 10am so I start the day off hydrated.

Tom arrives mid-late this round depending on if it wants to be early, on time, or late. My goals are to stay on track and end less than I started.
11/09 276.2 There’s the drop back down. We’ll see what tomorrow brings though as I’m a little under the weather and my entire schedule today is off.
11/10 278.8 I binged last night, after helping a friend move. I was tired, a little stressed from the day, and oddly hungry. Today this bounce up is brought to me by pizza, cookies, and helping move furniture. I’m sure it will go in a few days.
11/11 279.0 No drop yet, but I have been experiencing all the pre tom symptoms that I get about a day or two before it shows. Once it shows the water weight should hopefully go.
11/12 276.6 That’s back in the right direction. Tom arrived late last night and as I thought the water weight has started to drop.
11/13 275.8 Back down plus a little more.
11/14 275.6 Yesterday was my rest day. I take them on Wednesday because my weekends start on Thursday evening with grocery shopping and then errands all weekend. One of my favorites has become walking over to the mini grocery/burger place to pick up milk and eggs because they have the best of both in town.
11/15 275.2 I oddly prefer the slower weight loss, when it whooshes a lot I fear that I’m under eating and it leads to me to going it’s okay if I eat too much. When it’s slower I worry about screwing up the progress and it’s easier for me to stay on track.

Original Starting Weight: 386.6 lbs, 1/1/2019
Long term Goal Weight: 186.6 lbs
Round 95, 12th Round for Me
Starting Weight: 291.0 lbs
Goal Weight: 289.0 lbs
Day/Weight/Comment
11/09: 290.6 lbs (-0.4), 15,543 steps … a loss to start the round off on the right foot. Taking the family on a day trip to NYC today to visit the Bronx Zoo.
11/10: 290.5 lbs (-0.1), 17,178 steps … took a long walk to the store today, stopped and had lunch then walked home again. 6.5 miles round trip. Then immediately zonked out and napped for a while
11/11: 289.7 lbs (-0.8), 19,123 steps … a new low, and finally sub-290. Been hovering between 290-294 since the end of October, so I’m really glad to see some movement in the right direction.
11/12: 289.0 lbs (-0.7), 16,125 steps … another new low. Feels good to see the number on the scale go down day after day. Had a very active day yesterday, 2+ hours walking, a short run, 25 minutes strength training and then another 25 minutes playing Beat Saber in the evening. I wound up being so tired that I went to bed at 9:30pm.
11/13: 288.2 lbs (-0.8), 21,491 steps … another new low. This has been a really good week for me. I’ve been pushing myself to walk 15-18k steps per day lately for a step challenge at work and I think that was what I needed to start seeing results again.
11/14: 285.6 lbs (-2.6), 17,164 steps … whoa. Another new low. I had to weigh myself three times this morning to convince myself this drop was real and not some sort of scale malfunction. I’m in an amazing mood today as this pushed me over the -100 lb mark. To top it off, I’m wearing a shirt today that didn’t fit a week or so ago.
11/15: 285.2 lbs (-0.4) … another new low. I can’t believe it, to be honest. I’ve never seen consistent weight loss like this. Must be all the walking along with continuing my running and strength training. If I make this my new normal, rather than just for the duration of the step challenge…

- Strength training with a personal trainer once per week, one session on my own.
- Walking at least 12,000 steps per day.

Round 94 was a good round and I lost each day. This morning, though, because of my terribly carb heavy and high calorie day yesterday I am right back where I started on Round 94.
Day/Weight/Comment
Nov 9 - 191.0 - another carb heavy day yesterday and way too many calories
Nov 10 - 190.0 - a better day yeaterday
Nov 11 - 189.8 - another decent day yesterday. I need to stay away from the cheese at night.
Nov 12 - 188.6 - another decent day, but late night snacking is getting me
Nov 13 - 188.2
Nov 14 - 189.2 - not a good day yesterday
Nov 15 - 188.0 - a much better day yesterday, certainly not perfect but a long way from where it has been.

Best of luck! I had mine out when I was 18. Take it real easy over the weekend after they get taken out. Pudding, mashed potatoes, and the blender were my best friends for the first few days. Even better if you have a friend or family member to help you out with making food the first few days. And be sure to follow the doc's instructions to the letter. Luckily I can't speak from experience but dry sockets are no joke! Nervous is normal, but it'll be over before you know it.

Went off track a little with an impulse visit to a new brewery/restaurant. Boxed up half the food and still logged everything.

Menu derailed a bit when we realized the meat we had been planning on cooking for dinner had gone bad so dinner was potato wedges and apple pie bites. Ended up not to far over my calorie goal though!
11/11: 190.2
Not much to say about today. I had the day off so I was a bit worried about mindless snacking but I avoided it.
11/12: 189.2
There's a restaurant across the street from my work that I go to once or twice a week for dinner if I work late. I fit it into my calorie budget but a future goal may be cutting back on that trip - I know I can get a lot more for my calories by cooking at home.

Office manager treated everyone to Panera for lunch...I haven't eaten at Panera in years. I opted for a half sandwich and half size salad. Yummy!

This was one of those weird days where I didn't really feel like eating anything. Ended the day 550 calories under my goal so I'll probably end up binging a little tomorrow...I know I'll be hungrier.

Starting over (again) and badly need the accountability of posting here every day. Did several rounds a while back and lost weight with the support of everyone here. Looking forward to catching up with everyone, losing weight and feeling good again. Unfortunately, I've fallen into the habit of eating whatever whenever. I sit at a desk 8 hours every day and go home and sit on the couch. A couple of years ago, I was walking 12,000 steps a day and weighed 25 lbs less. My best advice - don't tell yourself that letting go one or two days won't matter. Even on your bad days - do something! Eat one less bite, walk one more step. NOW, I must try to follow my own advice. Here goes...
Starting weight - 179.0
Short term goal weight - 170.0

11/10
11/11 - 179.0 (Day 1)
11/12 - 176.8 (Day 2) I love this big drop but know its just from not eating whatever I wanted all day! But it is motivation to keep going. I always struggle getting started eating right again (Well actually its not starting - I start every other day). This is day 2 and shooting for day 3. We've got snow and ice here in Southern Illinois. I'm thinking treadmill tonight - got to get off the couch! I'll let you know how it goes tomorrow.
11/13 - 175.8 (Day 3) Yesterday was good! I did get on the treadmill for 20 minutes and was under on my calories. Today is the one year wedding anniversary for my daughter and her husband. I am so proud of them. They have worked hard and are succeeding. I am prepared for today, ready, set, go.
11/14 - 175.0 (Day 4) Another good day! I did have a small piece of pizza for dinner but was under on calories. I put in another 20 minutes on the treadmill. I hope to keep this trend going. I am trying to exercise every night at 6:00 pm so that when I look at the clock and see that it is 6:00 pm, it will send a message to my brain that I need to get moving. I saw this tip somewhere and I think it might work (for me). Good luck today everyone with whatever goal you are working to achieve. We can do this.
11/15 - 174.8 (Day 5) Doing alright. Missed lunch yesterday and had kind of a large dinner. Hamburger on bun, with lettuce and tomato/one airfried onion ring (from the freezer section boo - but delicious) and steamed carrots. Lots of carbs but calories weren't too bad. 20 minutes on the treadmill and under on calories. Pet sitting for my daughter tonight so no treadmill. Will spend the evening wrestling with her dog. That's considered exercise right?

11/09 - 170.4
I’m in a “stashing stuff away” frenzy today — painters coming Monday to do the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Two to three days of chaos, but YAY! I have hated the colors in this house since before we bought it, and have been chiseling away at them since late summer. I love color (I’m a watercolorist and my garden and “real” house are full of bright, happy colors). I’ve always known that dull, grayed-out colors depress me, and I recently read an article about several studies that show that working in gray or tan/brown office spaces correlates with depression and — surprise — excess weight, especially in women. Something to think about. Anyway, I’m really excited! I want to have a “happy colors party” when it’s done! Maybe I’ll even be able to stick to my happy foods better. Enjoy your weekend, all.
11/10 - 170.2
Our house is a pre-painting mess, and I’m so excited about the painting finally getting done (we’ve been here 18 months and I’ve longed for brighter colors since day one). DH made a big pot of veggie soup to make some meals easier. I’ll try not to snack! Enjoy your Sunday!
11/11 - 170.4
Painters are here today, and hopefully will finish tomorrow, so we have to eat out while the kitchen’s torn up. I’ll try to behave!
11/12 - 169.6
Snow! We’re in that big band that swept across the country, as I know many of you are, too. It’s gorgeous and bright this morning. Stay warm!
11/13 - 170
Sodium from lunch out yesterday, and (eep!) cashews I ate last night. Painters here again today, but a short day. Almost finished. I'm SO HAPPY about the change from dull, dirty walls to bright, clean, light, color!
11/14 - 169.4
Happy the temp has risen out of the teens.
11/15 - 169
With the house painted (other than the bedroom, which may wait until after the holidays, although....) I feel I can finally settle into a routine of exercise (gotta get back to the Y) and healthful food and writing and painting (watercolor, not walls,). I expect to do better on the weight front with less disruption, and despite the holidays. I stocked up yesterday on salad and other veggies. I’m going to pick up my knitting needles for tv time — can’t eat and knit!

Hi, I’m Karen and I’m 53.
OSW-187 Sept. 2018
11/11-172-I was a few pounds lighter but sat and sewed for a week. I’m back home to do a weeks worth of laundry and leave for the rest of the week, tomorrow with my husband and sewing machine. He has business meetings in Monterey and I am bringing my walking shoes too. It will be relaxing and I WILL get exercise because there is a paved walking path along the beach, where I have run their half marathon in years past. I am looking forward to getting back to walking instead of the gym, I seem to weigh less, the more I walk, no matter how many weights I lift. I won’t have my scale, but I will keep in touch.
11/12-171-Got my 7 mile walk in yesterday and am a little sore. I leave this morning and will be able to walk and eat good where I’m going.
11/13-No Scale. I walked over 6 miles round trip along the ocean to the fabric store yesterday. I treated myself to a cup of clam chowder and a beer on the way back; it was nice that there was not any bread on the table. Otherwise, I ate well.
11/14-No Scale. Walked over 4 miles yesterday went out to big lunch but then had peanut butter and an apple for dinner.
11/15-No Scale. Yesterday was a travel day. We are at our old house we are selling, to do some work. No time for exercise, but plenty of work to do. Still eating healthy.
It is wonderful to have all of you here!😊☕️12 -

@oldephatguy, that's an impressive loss with 3 days still to go! Good luck!
To everyone here, have a great Friday and a healthy weekend, Monday weigh in can be a challenge but we're up for it. Having lunch out tomorrow but otherwise looking forward to a controlled weekend here!
69 y/o female (5’7”) who enjoys hiking, lifting weights, walking with my doggie (Penny Lane) and swimming (but only in the summer......LOL). I've lost 45 lbs to date but have been at the high end of my maintenance weight all year and would love to get back to losing that elusive 10 lbs. I originally lost 60 lbs from 2013 to 2016 but have put 15 back on over the last few years. I’m not going to even try to get down to 150 again but will settle for 155 especially since the holidays are just around the corner.
RSW: 165 on 11/08
RGW: 163
UGW: 155
Maintenance calories are around 1600 to 1700 with a little exercise. My goal calories right now are 1300 to 1400 without eating any back unless I really burn it up. I figure my logging mistakes make up for the 300 to 400 extra calories I might burn 4 or 5 days a week. This year's weight gain is basically from exercising a bit less and not changing my intake. DOH, who knew?
Day/Weight/Comment
11/09: 164.8 Did a 2 mile quick walk with Penny this morning.
11/10: 164.2 Managed a quick shoulder/tricep workout this morning
11/11: 163.4 This one surprised me! We’ll see if it lasts. No real exercise today, just a long work day
11/12: 164.0 A little bump up but had ice cream after closing my diary out. Just a walk and work today
11/13: 163.7 I really need to focus if I want to reach my goal. Physical Therapy today so not sure how many extra calories I’ll actually burn
11/14: 163.5 Slowly but surely I guess. Taking Penny out for a 2 mile walk (restricted to 2 for now) and doing my PT exercises
11/15: 163.3 If I can control myself this weekend I might make this round’s goal. Lots of exercise today, 65 minutes of hip therapy (at the gym and at home) and 60 minutes of strength training.

11/11 - 206.2 Man this weekend kicked my *kitten*. I was doing so good and then within a couple days whoop! I was celebrating my birthday early with my friends on Saturday. We went to Glen Ivy and had some drinks and a nice dinner then a little cake. I also ended up having in and out yesterday I didn't want to be too restricted and honestly just enjoyed myself. We all had a good talk about making better choices and they urged me to make time for myself and workout more because I've been complaining about stopping. I am bummed about my gain, but also very motivated. Hawaii is in one month and I really want to at least feel better and more energetic when I go.
11/12 - 207.4 This round is starting off horribly for me. I didn't make it in the gym again last night. Got in my gym clothes ready to go, but decided not to last min. My bottom left wisdom tooth decided to join the party. Even though it's impacted it has been pushing my gums and I'm still sore. I know I need to push through it, but it's just so painful. Hoping for a better day tomorrow.
11/13 - 208 This gain just punched me in the gut
I feel so sick and I'm in so much pain. I called my dentist because I'm worried the wisdom tooth is infected so got them to prescribe me antibiotics. I also asked them for a number to a specialist and will be taking the morning off work tomorrow to go for a consultation. I really wanted to put this off, but I just can't take the pain anymore and will have to get them removed ASAP. I'm scared, but also tired from all of this.
11/14 - 207 It's nice to see the scale go back down! Went to my consultation today and looks like I will be getting all 4 Wisdom teeth removed. I'm scheduled for next Friday and am super nervous. I was honestly hoping to get it done sooner, but with work it's tough.

11/10 DNW – away in hotel – walked 6.46 miles yesterday, controlled my food intake as well as I could when at a hotel and eating their prepared menu, also controlled alcohol intake well. Lets see what the scales say in the morning!!

11/09 -161.1 Big gain to start this round. My knees went out 10 days ago, so no ice skating right now, my back went out on Thursday, so no cardio or exercise of any kind and the scale is showing it. Normally I burn 500+calories per day through exercise. I can't/won't drop my calories to 700 to make up for it. Maybe my body will adjust.
11/10 - 161.1 Sunday. Held steady. I was able to do a small bit of gentle walking yesterday. I normally skate up to 2 hours on Sundays, lamenting that I can't do it today.
11/11 - 160.3 - Hmm. Maybe my body still thinks that I burned 1,000+calories skating yesterday. I did some pilates for knees, and other youtube exercises for knees and back. An hour of that burns hardly any calories. I will be doing the same type of thing today.
11/12 - 160.2 - Pleased to not be gaining any more weight with my inability to do any cardio because of my back and knees. Did more exercises for knee pain (1 hour total), but am not getting any full-body circulation or fat blasting.
11/13 - 159.2 - Had to do more than 2 hours of walking for work yesterday, the first calorie burn that I have had in awhile since hurting my knees and then back. Back is mostly better, knees are a work in progress.
11/14 - 159.0
11/15 - 158.7 - Night out and a late dinner, so expected a gain. Happy to not see one and more motivated always to see a loss - it keeps me on track.

Day/Weight/Comment
11/09-- 207.0 I went to the gym yesterday and it was great, I'm working with my coach to do 10 regular pushups and I'm almost there. Then I went out and had a great dinner at Panera Bread with my hubby. Plan today is to go out and do another day of c25k and then take dog out for a long trail walk.
11/10--207.4 I had a great run yesterday, but the rain kept me from taking the dog on a long walk. Going to see strength coach today and then take dog out on that long trail walk. Dinner out tonight, so I will probably be up tomorrow.
11/11--208.1 I had a great dinner last night, but even better was that after dinner both my husband and I decided that we didn't need any dessert. I went out this morning and finished w4d3 of c25k, and then I went to a spa day that my husband had purchased for me.
11/12--207.2 Going out to an event for lunch where I get to have unlimited soups for a donation. The soups are made by the top chefs in the city, and all money from the lunch goes to charity. So, I expect to be up tomorrow. Today is rest day for me.
11/13--206.3 I made a mistake and the soup event wasn't yesterday, but is instead today, so no bump up today. However, I expect the bump today. Strength coach tonight.
11/14--206.3 Soup event was great yesterday. Instead of having full bowls of all the soups I wanted to try, I instead only asked for 1/2 of a serving. I went to my strength coach yesterday and it hit me that after 9 months of training, I am at the point where I don't think to myself how I don't want to work out with my coach, but now it's just a regular part of my weekly schedule. It's something that I just have to do, it's no longer a choice. The plan is to go out and do another session of c25k, but after my workout yesterday my legs are sore, so who knows.
11/15--206.7 No run last night, I was so sore and exhausted from workout the day before, but I will run tomorrow. The dog woke me up early this morning and I couldn't get back to sleep, so I decided to go to the gym before work instead of after. I hate going to the gym so early in the morning, but it's definitely nice to have it done before work.
