Day 1: 11/22 - 158.1
November result: 0.4lb loss
December result: Gain 3.1 pounds
Day 71, Fri, 1/31: 159.7
January result: Gain 0.2 pounds
Day 72, Sat, 2/1: 158.1 - exactly the same as Day 1 of 100 days
Day 100, Sat, 2/29: 154.4
February result: Loss 3.7
Total loss over 100 days: 3.7 pounds

Day 1 - Sunday March 01.20 - 155.3 - up almost a pound from yesterday.
Day 13 - Friday March 13.20 - 152.1 - Wow, all of the hard work is showing some progress! New low.
Day 31 - Tuesday March 31.20 - 156.9 - burned lots of calories, consumed under calories but still showed an uptick on the scale.
March results: Kind of a bust, 1.6 pounds gained
Day 32 04.01.20 - 155.4 - I think that March was hard for everyone. Onward to April.
Day 33 04.02.20 - 154.8 - Seeing a drop in the scale motivates me more than anything else at all. Almost back to end of February weight. That 0.4 is my next goal.
Day 34 Friday 04.03.20 - 155.4 - No sleep last night. I weighed myself and was up 3 pounds, so went back to bed for some snoozes listening to the bedside radio. Really on track, so hoping to see a drop tomorrow.

Day 36 – Sunday 04.05 - 155.7
Day 37 – Monday 04.06 - 155.5
Day 38 – Tuesday 04.07 - 156.3 - Low calorie dinner that had lots of sodium (olive juice). I had extra workouts and had almost 1,000 calories left over in the tracker, but I drank so much liquid because the sodium made me very thirsty. I am sure that my numbers will be back down tomorrow : - )
Day 39 – Wednesday 04.08 - 155.5 - had hoped for more, I will stay at it.
Day 40 – Thursday 04.09 - 155.2 - Really need to get down to the end of the last 100 days...and beyond. I do have more time for working out now, and have begun some garden clean-up.
Day 41 – Friday 04.10 - 156.3 - Argh
Day 42 – Saturday 04.11- 156.7 - Yesterday's number made me sort of give up and eat whatever I wanted. This will takes days of diligence to undo.

Day 36 – 04/05 …...202.8…… A nice drop on the scale this morning. I stuck to my plan yesterday and did not have any severe cravings or failures last night. It was a perfect day overall and it all paid off. Glucose very high again this morning so I will have to work on that today. Otherwise, I’m very very happy today.
Day 37 – 04 /06 .….202.8…… I am down 1.0 lb in the last 10 days which is the first real loss since the end of October 2019. Sugar still running high with is a roadblock. Tweaking….Tweaking…. Lots of cabin cleaning yesterday. I hope to stay active today if possible, but I really do need to work some more on my tax packages.
Day 38 – 04/07 ..….203.6…… I failed during movie night last night. It was not epic, but it was away from plan. I am just glad that I got in some extra movement/mileage yesterday or it would have been worse. I’m working on possible water retention today by drinking lots of water. Rainy and cold here today. More tax work to be done.
Day 39 – 04/08 …...203.5…… I did a dance session yesterday for 23 minutes which I counted on MFP. I also threw in a couple of extra songs here and there throughout the day just to pump up my overall calorie burn. A very sunny day here today. Still a bit cold but I am hoping it will still warm up a bit more.
Day 40 – 04/09 ..….203.9…… A mini-binge last night so I am angry, frustrated and ashamed today. However, I tried the Fitness Marshall Zumba last night and I really liked it. I’m going to ask my son if there is a way to set up a youtube playlist so I can choose my favorites and let them play back-to-back for specific sessions. Thanks Dawn for sharing!
Day 41 – 04/10 …….203.2…… I had a glucose drop last night that felt like it was getting somewhat severe but was coming on slowly. I nipped it in the bud without any major incident or detriment to my diet. Luckily I still had calories left for the day when it came on. A better scale today due to diligence yesterday.
Day 42 – 04/11 …….203.3…… A normal fluctuation. Yesterday was pretty good overall but I did eat back my calories. Tonight is movie night with my son. We are going to watch The Ten Commandments from 1956 (remastered). It is about 3.5 hours long WITHOUT any commercials. We will take an intermission break. We are going to have a bit of a cheat day today. I know my weight is up, but he deserves one and I will not be able to resist. Just being honest.

Ending my fast today for sure. Going to refeed the smart way. The next few days I believe I might reserve for integrating back into normalcy so I might not lose weight or might gain weight like they say you do, but who knows. My next plan is to try either OMAD, intermittent fasting or Keto. Leaning towards intermittent fasting just because Keto would require me to go outside more, which is bad with corona right now. At the end of my experiment... I'll say this. Fasting with just plain water without the necessary electrolytes, potassium and what not, is the inferior, more dangerous method. I didn't feel too many negative effects but yesterday I basically slept all day from lethargy. I believe I will try my next extended fast later this month, but with the necessary safety measures to combat lethargy and feel safe and happier in my experiments.
Also, the changes in my body were immense from this fast. Holy cow. I look completely different in my body. My loose skin tightened up, my body fat shrank like it was going out of style, I didn't expect that. Amazing.1 -

Have you tried just eating really healthy food, putting it into the tracker and upping your exercise?
I know that lots of people try Keto but it takes quite some time to get into Ketosis (1-2 weeks) and then if you eat a tiny bit of something else you need to repeat the whole process again to get back into Ketosis.
IF would likely be easy for you since you are a good faster.
How about eating healthy foods and exercising, track each calorie in and out. That works too, and is more sustainable for the future.

My cheat is Ribs, and if I have them I am having a whole rack which is something like 3,000 calories!! Like seriously, who can eat just one bone for 400-ish calories?
We are on opposite sides geographically, it snowed here yesterday and is supposed to be cold until Friday so my gardening is on hold. Indoor workouts.

I had not seen that movie in a long time. We had pizza for dinner. I let him choose and that is his favorite. Pizza is a diet killer. I know it’s going to show up even worse this week! Day 38 – Tuesday 04.07 - 156.3 - Low calorie dinner that had lots of sodium (olive juice). I had extra workouts and had almost 1,000 calories left over in the tracker, but I drank so much liquid because the sodium made me very thirsty. I am sure that my numbers will be back down tomorrow : - )
Day 39 – Wednesday 04.08 - 155.5 - had hoped for more, I will stay at it.
Day 40 – Thursday 04.09 - 155.2 - Really need to get down to the end of the last 100 days...and beyond. I do have more time for working out now, and have begun some garden clean-up.
Day 41 – Friday 04.10 - 156.3 - Argh, deflated at this number...So I had Ribs.
Day 42 – Saturday 04.11- 156.7 - Yesterday's number made me sort of give up and eat whatever I wanted. This will take days of diligence to undo.
Day 43 – Sunday 04.12 - 155.7 - Okay, I am back to being motivated now that I have seen a drop.

Day 36 – 04/05 …...202.8…… A nice drop on the scale this morning. I stuck to my plan yesterday and did not have any severe cravings or failures last night. It was a perfect day overall and it all paid off. Glucose very high again this morning so I will have to work on that today. Otherwise, I’m very very happy today.
Day 37 – 04 /06 .….202.8…… I am down 1.0 lb in the last 10 days which is the first real loss since the end of October 2019. Sugar still running high with is a roadblock. Tweaking….Tweaking…. Lots of cabin cleaning yesterday. I hope to stay active today if possible, but I really do need to work some more on my tax packages.
Day 38 – 04/07 ..….203.6…… I failed during movie night last night. It was not epic, but it was away from plan. I am just glad that I got in some extra movement/mileage yesterday or it would have been worse. I’m working on possible water retention today by drinking lots of water. Rainy and cold here today. More tax work to be done.
Day 39 – 04/08 …...203.5…… I did a dance session yesterday for 23 minutes which I counted on MFP. I also threw in a couple of extra songs here and there throughout the day just to pump up my overall calorie burn. A very sunny day here today. Still a bit cold but I am hoping it will still warm up a bit more.
Day 40 – 04/09 ..….203.9…… A mini-binge last night so I am angry, frustrated and ashamed today. However, I tried the Fitness Marshall Zumba last night and I really liked it. I’m going to ask my son if there is a way to set up a youtube playlist so I can choose my favorites and let them play back-to-back for specific sessions. Thanks Dawn for sharing!
Day 41 – 04/10 …….203.2…… I had a glucose drop last night that felt like it was getting somewhat severe but was coming on slowly. I nipped it in the bud without any major incident or detriment to my diet. Luckily I still had calories left for the day when it came on. A better scale today due to diligence yesterday.
Day 42 – 04/11 …….203.3…… A normal fluctuation. Yesterday was pretty good overall but I did eat back my calories. Tonight is movie night with my son. We are going to watch The Ten Commandments from 1956 (remastered). It is about 3.5 hours long WITHOUT any commercials. We will take an intermission break. We are going to have a bit of a cheat day today. I know my weight is up, but he deserves one and I will not be able to resist. Just being honest.
Day 43 – 04/12 …….203.4…… We popped Jiffy pop on the stove. My son was afraid to watch the bubble rise on the popcorn so he stood back but watched me do it LOL. The movie was so long but it was good. I had not seen that movie in a long time. We had pizza for dinner. I let him choose and that is his favorite. Pizza is a diet killer. I know it’s going to show up even worse this week! Happy Easter everyone!

Day 1 - Sunday March 01.20 - 155.3 - up almost a pound from yesterday.
Day 13 - Friday March 13.20 - 152.1 - Wow, all of the hard work is showing some progress! New low.
Day 31 - Tuesday March 31.20 - 156.9 - burned lots of calories, consumed under calories but still showed an uptick on the scale.
March results: Kind of a bust, 1.6 pounds gained
Day 32 04.01.20 - 155.4 - I think that March was hard for everyone. Onward to April.
Day 33 04.02.20 - 154.8 - Seeing a drop in the scale motivates me more than anything else at all. Almost back to end of February weight. That 0.4 is my next goal.
Day 34 Friday 04.03.20 - 155.4 - No sleep last night. I weighed myself and was up 3 pounds, so went back to bed for some snoozes listening to the bedside radio. Really on track, so hoping to see a drop tomorrow.

Day 36 – 04/05 …...202.8…… A nice drop on the scale this morning. I stuck to my plan yesterday and did not have any severe cravings or failures last night. It was a perfect day overall and it all paid off. Glucose very high again this morning so I will have to work on that today. Otherwise, I’m very very happy today.
Day 37 – 04 /06 .….202.8…… I am down 1.0 lb in the last 10 days which is the first real loss since the end of October 2019. Sugar still running high with is a roadblock. Tweaking….Tweaking…. Lots of cabin cleaning yesterday. I hope to stay active today if possible, but I really do need to work some more on my tax packages.
Day 38 – 04/07 ..….203.6…… I failed during movie night last night. It was not epic, but it was away from plan. I am just glad that I got in some extra movement/mileage yesterday or it would have been worse. I’m working on possible water retention today by drinking lots of water. Rainy and cold here today. More tax work to be done.
Day 39 – 04/08 …...203.5…… I did a dance session yesterday for 23 minutes which I counted on MFP. I also threw in a couple of extra songs here and there throughout the day just to pump up my overall calorie burn. A very sunny day here today. Still a bit cold but I am hoping it will still warm up a bit more.
Day 40 – 04/09 ..….203.9…… A mini-binge last night so I am angry, frustrated and ashamed today. However, I tried the Fitness Marshall Zumba last night and I really liked it. I’m going to ask my son if there is a way to set up a youtube playlist so I can choose my favorites and let them play back-to-back for specific sessions. Thanks Dawn for sharing!
Day 41 – 04/10 …….203.2…… I had a glucose drop last night that felt like it was getting somewhat severe but was coming on slowly. I nipped it in the bud without any major incident or detriment to my diet. Luckily I still had calories left for the day when it came on. A better scale today due to diligence yesterday.
Day 42 – 04/11 …….203.3…… A normal fluctuation. Yesterday was pretty good overall but I did eat back my calories. Tonight is movie night with my son. We are going to watch The Ten Commandments from 1956 (remastered). It is about 3.5 hours long WITHOUT any commercials. We will take an intermission break. We are going to have a bit of a cheat day today. I know my weight is up, but he deserves one and I will not be able to resist. Just being honest.
Day 43 – 04/12 …….203.4…… We popped Jiffy pop on the stove. My son was afraid to watch the bubble rise on the popcorn so he stood back but watched me do it LOL. The movie was so long but it was good. I had not seen that movie in a long time. We had pizza for dinner. I let him choose and that is his favorite. Pizza is a diet killer. I know it’s going to show up even worse this week! Happy Easter everyone!
Day 44 – 04/13 …….203.7…… It was a bit of a lonely Easter without the grandkids. My son & I shared a small meal and some goodies. Back on track except for the leftovers.
Day 45 – 04/14 …….203.5 …… Working on an attitude adjustment for myself today. The holiday is over, the leftovers nearly gone (it was a minimal dinner due to shut-in). Food is only my fuel, not my bandaid!

Day 1 - Sunday March 01.20 - 155.3 - up almost a pound from yesterday.
Day 13 - Friday March 13.20 - 152.1 - Wow, all of the hard work is showing some progress! New low.
Day 31 - Tuesday March 31.20 - 156.9 - burned lots of calories, consumed under calories but still showed an uptick on the scale.
March results: Kind of a bust, 1.6 pounds gained
Day 32 04.01.20 - 155.4 - I think that March was hard for everyone. Onward to April.
Day 33 04.02.20 - 154.8 - Seeing a drop in the scale motivates me more than anything else at all. Almost back to end of February weight. That 0.4 is my next goal.
Day 34 Friday 04.03.20 - 155.4 - No sleep last night. I weighed myself and was up 3 pounds, so went back to bed for some snoozes listening to the bedside radio. Really on track, so hoping to see a drop tomorrow.

Day 38 – Tuesday 04.07 - 156.3 - Low calorie dinner that had lots of sodium (olive juice). I had extra workouts and had almost 1,000 calories left over in the tracker, but I drank so much liquid because the sodium made me very thirsty. I am sure that my numbers will be back down tomorrow : - )
Day 39 – Wednesday 04.08 - 155.5 - had hoped for more, I will stay at it.
Day 40 – Thursday 04.09 - 155.2 - Really need to get down to the end of the last 100 days...and beyond. I do have more time for working out now, and have begun some garden clean-up.
Day 41 – Friday 04.10 - 156.3 - Argh, deflated at this number...So I had Ribs.
Day 42 – Saturday 04.11- 156.7 - Yesterday's number made me sort of give up and eat whatever I wanted. This will take days of diligence to undo.
Day 43 – Sunday 04.12 - 155.7 - Okay, I am back to being motivated now that I have seen a drop.
Day 44 – Monday 04.13 - 156.3 - Going to almost ignore that number, I am getting in lots of extra workouts and kept my calories consumed low. Definitely feeling leaner even though the scale didn't show it today.
Day 45 – Tuesday 04.14 - 157.5 - Sticking with the plan, I believe this number to be a weird fluctuation, I have been on point on all fronts, and have been working out much more since being out of work, and eating better too. Really expecting a big drop soon.

Day 47 – 04/16 …….202.4…… Not much exercise movement (gotta watch sugar drops!) but very good on my diet plan yesterday. I didn’t want to push it trying to do much of both until I am back to being more adapted. Today I will walk in 10-15 minute sets to get the movement in without it being too much at once. I am hoping that it will prevent a big glucose drop. I don’t want ANYTHING to make me start shoveling in the food and erase any progress I am making. Well, thanks for saying that, but this is the first at that weight in the first half of April, if I could keep this up I am on pace to lose 1 pound per month, but I am really not happy with that considering how much effort I am putting in.
Sounds like you have a good plan in place! I just did a bunch of fitness marshall songs. When I was working I didn't get in as many. During this isolation it is the one thing that makes me feel like I have done something so far. Some days I do one or two songs, do something else, then do one or two songs then do something else etc. Big calorie burn added up throughout the day, great full body loosener, and a big anxiety lifter.
The weather will improve on the weekend so I should be able to get out to do some gardening. Still dropping quite low at night this week.
I have been walking almost every day also. It feels good, but my main calorie burn is not that because it burns so few calories. Really grateful to have the time to get out for a walk that's for sure.

Here in Michigan USA we are at a stay-home mandate. All the garden centers are closed including in the big box & hardware stores so that we will not be tempted to go outside and garden when it is against the mandate at this time. We also cannot get carpet, paint and many other things as they are products that people use outside or cut outside. I think it is a little overboard and thousands marched our capital yesterday to have some of these restrictions lifted. I agree that I should be able to go in my own yard alone, with gloves and a mask, and pull my weeds, plant a few flowers or mow my lawn. Right now, all of that is against the law.
I have an on-property business which has been deemed essential. I am unclear as to whether I can plant flowers and maintain landscaping during this time for that side of the property. (My private home is on an attached 1/2 acre). I have done some raking to maintain the business (and for exercise) but it is all very conflicting and confusing here. Even law enforcement can't answer the questions. Our mandated shut-in was extended until April 30th. All the talk is that it will be extended again. However, I am hoping that what is deemed "essential" will be changed and things will open back up a bit for our economy and for our maintenance of our homes and businesses. Of course, the most important thing is for folks to keep their distancing, wear their masks, and act responsibly since Michigan has the 3rd highest amount cases in our country. (I am far north in a rural area and am not yet drastically affected). If people will just follow the rules, perhaps our mandates can be updated and be less restrictive without anyone spreading covid-19.
In regards to 1 pound per month. It is always 1 pound at a time. By the time you are in the weight of 150's, you are so much closer to your goal that it is inevitable that it has slowed down. I think your exercise and controlled eating are a way of life for you now. I am proud of you!0 -

Day 38 – Tuesday 04.07 - 156.3 - Low calorie dinner that had lots of sodium (olive juice). I had extra workouts and had almost 1,000 calories left over in the tracker, but I drank so much liquid because the sodium made me very thirsty. I am sure that my numbers will be back down tomorrow : - )
Day 39 – Wednesday 04.08 - 155.5 - had hoped for more, I will stay at it.
Day 40 – Thursday 04.09 - 155.2 - Really need to get down to the end of the last 100 days...and beyond. I do have more time for working out now, and have begun some garden clean-up.
Day 41 – Friday 04.10 - 156.3 - Argh, deflated at this number...So I had Ribs.
Day 42 – Saturday 04.11- 156.7 - Yesterday's number made me sort of give up and eat whatever I wanted. This will take days of diligence to undo.
Day 43 – Sunday 04.12 - 155.7 - Okay, I am back to being motivated now that I have seen a drop.
Day 44 – Monday 04.13 - 156.3 - Going to almost ignore that number, I am getting in lots of extra workouts and kept my calories consumed low. Definitely feeling leaner even though the scale didn't show it today.
Day 45 – Tuesday 04.14 - 157.5 - Sticking with the plan, I believe this number to be a weird fluctuation, I have been on point on all fronts, and have been working out much more since being out of work, and eating better too. Really expecting a big drop soon.
Day 46 – 04/15 - 155.5 - Okay, almost back to day 32 weight. Now to get rid of January and March gains of 1.8 total ... and beyond. Up 1.1 still from the first 100 EW.

Here in Michigan USA we are at a stay-home mandate. All the garden centers are closed including in the big box & hardware stores so that we will not be tempted to go outside and garden when it is against the mandate at this time. We also cannot get carpet, paint and many other things as they are products that people use outside or cut outside. I think it is a little overboard and thousands marched our capital yesterday to have some of these restrictions lifted. I agree that I should be able to go in my own yard alone, with gloves and a mask, and pull my weeds, plant a few flowers or mow my lawn. Right now, all of that is against the law.
I have an on-property business which has been deemed essential. I am unclear as to whether I can plant flowers and maintain landscaping during this time for that side of the property. (My private home is on an attached 1/2 acre). I have done some raking to maintain the business (and for exercise) but it is all very conflicting and confusing here. Even law enforcement can't answer the questions. Our mandated shut-in was extended until April 30th. All the talk is that it will be extended again. However, I am hoping that what is deemed "essential" will be changed and things will open back up a bit for our economy and for our maintenance of our homes and businesses. Of course, the most important thing is for folks to keep their distancing, wear their masks, and act responsibly since Michigan has the 3rd highest amount cases in our country. (I am far north in a rural area and am not yet drastically affected). If people will just follow the rules, perhaps our mandates can be updated and be less restrictive without anyone spreading covid-19.
In regards to 1 pound per month. It is always 1 pound at a time. By the time you are in the weight of 150's, you are so much closer to your goal that it is inevitable that it has slowed down. I think your exercise and controlled eating are a way of life for you now. I am proud of you!
Hi Donna. Well, I am 5'2" and should be weighing 112-115 for the best health, so I have a very long way to go. I am sure that it is just the age that makes it so difficult to lose weight. I have been in the 150s for 8 months now. Maybe I will get a woosh ones of these days : - )
I had no idea that you weren't allowed to work in your garden!! Wow. My close friend in Idaho has been working on her garden and the garden centres in her small town are open and she bought some plants and flowers the other day. I totally agree that social distancing is the only way that we are keeping this from wiping everyone out, but surely painting your house would not be spreading nor contracting the disease.
We do have the virus in my small town. I do stay home, but also get out for a walk every day because there are more trails than there are population - as long as tourists don't come. The areas of the Province that are more populated have closed all trails and parks, so I feel lucky that I can still get out. Our stores have markings outside and they only let a few people in at a time and many of them are allowing people to phone in their order and pick it up outside. I have been averaging a grocery shop about once per week.
We are a long way from the peak yet in both of our countries. Wave 2 of the Spanish flu in 1918 proved to be much more deadly than Wave 1 because people relaxed too much. This is global. We are all having to adjust to living differently.
I am eligible for supports for 4 months, I am not sure what I am going to do after that. I will try to focus on what I can do with my time until then.

I had not seen that movie in a long time. We had pizza for dinner. I let him choose and that is his favorite. Pizza is a diet killer. I know it’s going to show up even worse this week! Happy Easter everyone!
Day 44 – 04/13 …….203.7…… It was a bit of a lonely Easter without the grandkids. My son & I shared a small meal and some goodies. Back on track except for the leftovers.
Day 45 – 04/14 …….203.5 …… Working on an attitude adjustment for myself today. The holiday is over, the leftovers nearly gone (it was a minimal dinner due to shut-in). Food is only my fuel, not my bandaid!
Day 46 – 04/15 …….203.5…… Exercise better. Food improved but still not quite on point. Weak Donna!
Day 47 – 04/16 …….202.4…… Not much exercise movement (gotta watch sugar drops!) but very good on my diet plan yesterday. I didn’t want to push it trying to do much of both until I am back to being more adapted. Today I will walk in 10-15 minute sets to get the movement in without it being too much at once. I am hoping that it will prevent a big glucose drop. I don’t want ANYTHING to make me start shoveling in the food and erase any progress I am making. It is a plan, now, to stick to it! Syreina and Dawn , you are losing great pounds this round! I think I'll join you. Congrats!
Day 48 – 04/17 …….202.3…… I did five smaller sets of walking yesterday so I feel good about that. No glucose drops so it was MUCH EASIER to stick to plan. Luckily I also had no cravings or ravenous hunger so I am doing well so far this week. Today I may run to the Post Office (if I can get away) and I may try to rake up around another melting snow hill on my business property. Mainly, I just want to keep up the momentum.

Day 13 - Friday March 13.20 - 152.1 - Wow, all of the hard work is showing some progress! New low.
Day 31 - Tuesday March 31.20 - 156.9 - burned lots of calories, consumed under calories but still showed an uptick on the scale.
March results: Kind of a bust, 1.6 pounds gained
Day 32 04.01.20 - 155.4 - I think that March was hard for everyone. Onward to April.
Day 33 04.02.20 - 154.8 - Seeing a drop in the scale motivates me more than anything else at all. Almost back to end of February weight. That 0.4 is my next goal.
Day 34 Friday 04.03.20 - 155.4 - No sleep last night. I weighed myself and was up 3 pounds, so went back to bed for some snoozes listening to the bedside radio. Really on track, so hoping to see a drop tomorrow.

Day 38 – Tuesday 04.07 - 156.3 - Low calorie dinner that had lots of sodium (olive juice). I had extra workouts and had almost 1,000 calories left over in the tracker, but I drank so much liquid because the sodium made me very thirsty. I am sure that my numbers will be back down tomorrow : - )
Day 39 – Wednesday 04.08 - 155.5 - had hoped for more, I will stay at it.
Day 40 – Thursday 04.09 - 155.2 - Really need to get down to the end of the last 100 days...and beyond. I do have more time for working out now, and have begun some garden clean-up.
Day 41 – Friday 04.10 - 156.3 - Argh, deflated at this number...So I had Ribs.
Day 42 – Saturday 04.11- 156.7 - Yesterday's number made me sort of give up and eat whatever I wanted. This will take days of diligence to undo.
Day 43 – Sunday 04.12 - 155.7 - Okay, I am back to being motivated now that I have seen a drop.
Day 44 – Monday 04.13 - 156.3 - Going to almost ignore that number, I am getting in lots of extra workouts and kept my calories consumed low. Definitely feeling leaner even though the scale didn't show it today.
Day 45 – Tuesday 04.14 - 157.5 - Sticking with the plan, I believe this number to be a weird fluctuation, I have been on point on all fronts, and have been working out much more since being out of work, and eating better too. Really expecting a big drop soon.

I had not seen that movie in a long time. We had pizza for dinner. I let him choose and that is his favorite. Pizza is a diet killer. I know it’s going to show up even worse this week! Happy Easter everyone!
Day 44 – 04/13 …….203.7…… It was a bit of a lonely Easter without the grandkids. My son & I shared a small meal and some goodies. Back on track except for the leftovers.
Day 45 – 04/14 …….203.5 …… Working on an attitude adjustment for myself today. The holiday is over, the leftovers nearly gone (it was a minimal dinner due to shut-in). Food is only my fuel, not my bandaid!
Day 46 – 04/15 …….203.5…… Exercise better. Food improved but still not quite on point. Weak Donna!
Day 47 – 04/16 …….202.4…… Not much exercise movement (gotta watch sugar drops!) but very good on my diet plan yesterday. I didn’t want to push it trying to do much of both until I am back to being more adapted. Today I will walk in 10-15 minute sets to get the movement in without it being too much at once. I am hoping that it will prevent a big glucose drop. I don’t want ANYTHING to make me start shoveling in the food and erase any progress I am making. It is a plan, now, to stick to it! Syreina and Dawn , you are losing great pounds this round! I think I'll join you. Congrats!
Day 48 – 04/17 …….202.3…… I did five smaller sets of walking yesterday so I feel good about that. No glucose drops so it was MUCH EASIER to stick to plan. Luckily I also had no cravings or ravenous hunger so I am doing well so far this week. Today I may run to the Post Office (if I can get away) and I may try to rake up around another melting snow hill on my business property. Mainly, I just want to keep up the momentum.

March results: Kind of a bust, 1.6 pounds gained
Day 32 04.01.20 - 155.4 - I think that March was hard for everyone. Onward to April.
Day 33 04.02.20 - 154.8 - Seeing a drop in the scale motivates me more than anything else at all. Almost back to end of February weight. That 0.4 is my next goal.

Day 43 – 04/12 …….203.4…… We popped Jiffy pop on the stove. My son was afraid to watch the bubble rise on the popcorn so he stood back but watched me do it LOL. The movie was so long but it was good. I had not seen that movie in a long time. We had pizza for dinner. I let him choose and that is his favorite. Pizza is a diet killer. I know it’s going to show up even worse this week! Happy Easter everyone!
Day 44 – 04/13 …….203.7…… It was a bit of a lonely Easter without the grandkids. My son & I shared a small meal and some goodies. Back on track except for the leftovers.
Day 45 – 04/14 …….203.5 …… Working on an attitude adjustment for myself today. The holiday is over, the leftovers nearly gone (it was a minimal dinner due to shut-in). Food is only my fuel, not my bandaid!
Day 46 – 04/15 …….203.5…… Exercise better. Food improved but still not quite on point. Weak Donna!
Day 47 – 04/16 …….202.4…… Not much exercise movement (gotta watch sugar drops!) but very good on my diet plan yesterday. I didn’t want to push it trying to do much of both until I am back to being more adapted. Today I will walk in 10-15 minute sets to get the movement in without it being too much at once. I am hoping that it will prevent a big glucose drop. I don’t want ANYTHING to make me start shoveling in the food and erase any progress I am making. It is a plan, now, to stick to it! Syreina and Dawn , you are losing great pounds this round! I think I'll join you. Congrats!
Day 48 – 04/17 …….202.3…… I did five smaller sets of walking yesterday so I feel good about that. No glucose drops so it was MUCH EASIER to stick to plan. Luckily I also had no cravings or ravenous hunger so I am doing well so far this week. Today I may run to the Post Office (if I can get away) and I may try to rake up around another melting snow hill on my business property. Mainly, I just want to keep up the momentum.
Day 49 – 04/18 …….202.3…… I followed my plan perfectly yesterday. I got in 5 small walks totaling over 80 minutes and kept my calories and carbs low. I wish the scale would have budged, maybe tomorrow.
Day 50 – 04/19 …….202.5…… A small cheat last night so today I will be laser-focused.
Day 51 – 04/20 ..…..202.5…… Traveling today which is likely to show up on the scale tomorrow, but supplies are a must!
Day 52 – 04/21 …….204.7…… Out of town yesterday which included restaurant food eaten in the car. I miss the dining experience. I made choices that were enjoyable but not compliant or smart. Back at it today and excited for it. Cold & snowy today. Snow off & on with only a little of it sticking. Too cold for outdoor activity so I’ll be doing some exercise indoors today.

Day 71, Fri, 1/31: 159.7
January result: Gain 0.2 pounds
Day 72, Sat, 2/1: 158.1 - exactly the same as Day 1 of 100 days
Day 100, Sat, 2/29: 154.4
February result: Loss 3.7
Total loss over 100 days: 3.7 pounds

Day 1 - Sunday March 01.20 - 155.3 - up almost a pound from yesterday.
Day 13 - Friday March 13.20 - 152.1 - Wow, all of the hard work is showing some progress! New low.
Day 31 - Tuesday March 31.20 - 156.9 - burned lots of calories, consumed under calories but still showed an uptick on the scale.
March results: Kind of a bust, 1.6 pounds gained
Day 32 04.01.20 - 155.4 - I think that March was hard for everyone. Onward to April.
Day 33 04.02.20 - 154.8 - Seeing a drop in the scale motivates me more than anything else at all. Almost back to end of February weight. That 0.4 is my next goal.
Day 34 Friday 04.03.20 - 155.4 - No sleep last night. I weighed myself and was up 3 pounds, so went back to bed for some snoozes listening to the bedside radio. Really on track, so hoping to see a drop tomorrow.
Day 35 Saturday 04.04.20 - 154.3
Day 36 – Sunday 04.05 - 155.7
Day 37 – Monday 04.06 - 155.5
Day 38 – Tuesday 04.07 - 156.3 - Low calorie dinner that had lots of sodium (olive juice). I had extra workouts and had almost 1,000 calories left over in the tracker, but I drank so much liquid because the sodium made me very thirsty. I am sure that my numbers will be back down tomorrow : - )
Day 39 – Wednesday 04.08 - 155.5 - had hoped for more, I will stay at it.
Day 40 – Thursday 04.09 - 155.2 - Really need to get down to the end of the last 100 days...and beyond. I do have more time for working out now, and have begun some garden clean-up.
Day 41 – Friday 04.10 - 156.3 - Argh, deflated at this number...So I had Ribs.
Day 42 – Saturday 04.11- 156.7 - Yesterday's number made me sort of give up and eat whatever I wanted. This will take days of diligence to undo.
Day 43 – Sunday 04.12 - 155.7 - Okay, I am back to being motivated now that I have seen a drop.
Day 44 – Monday 04.13 - 156.3 - Going to almost ignore that number, I am getting in lots of extra workouts and kept my calories consumed low. Definitely feeling leaner even though the scale didn't show it today. Up 4.2 pounds since March 13.
Day 45 – Tuesday 04.14 - 157.5 - Sticking with the plan, I believe this number to be a weird fluctuation, I have been on point on all fronts, and have been working out much more since being out of work, and eating better too. Really expecting a big drop soon.
Day 46 – 04/15 - 155.5 - Okay, almost back to day 32 weight. Now to get rid of January and March gains of 1.8 total ... and beyond. Up 1.1 still from the first 100 EW.
Day 47 – 04/16 - 154.9 - Gosh this is soooo hard! Fighting for every ounce.
Day 48 – 04/17 - 156.1 - Argh
Day 49 – Saturday 04/18 - 155.6
Day 50 – Sunday 04/19 - 155.6 - Better than gaining, but really want to get below April 1st weight. Going to stick with the plan. 1/2 way through the 100 days and I am higher than day 1 of this round.
Day 51 – Monday 04/20 - 156.7
Day 52 – Tuesday 04/21 - 155.3 - Okay.
Day 53 – Wednesday 04/22 - 154.3 - 8 days left of this month, let's do this!
