    1/15/20 - 151.5 - it is a week before my period, plus doms are always worst the 2nd day after lifting. I am talking myself off the ledge. I plan to finish this month, but I may take a break from weighing until after I get through the first 4 weeks of lifting. I'm still not sure yet b/c the info is nice to have.
    1/16/20 - 149.7 - I missed last night's lifting session and the water weight from all the salt on Monday & Tuesday is falling off. This validates that everything is water weight and not fat.

    1/19/20 - 149.7 - lifted heavy the day before. The increase in weight was not surprising, but expected.
    1/20/20 - 150.5 - lifted heavy the day before and had fried rice with lots of sodium the day before. I expected the jump in weight.
    1/21/20 - 152.1 - my cycle is due tomorrow and I had so much sodium yesterday. Not surprised by the jump.

    I'm Trina. 54 and 5'4".

    I am would love to reach my ultimate goal and maintenance in these 100 days. But am mostly wanting to be mindful, healthy and accountable. Chemo treatments will run through the beginning of February, so movement and healthy eating, and lots of water will be important goals as well. Good luck everyone!

    Day 77: -- 02/06 140.5 I really don't know what is going on. Have tracked calories since 1/16 and consistently my net has been below my target. Since my exercise has been mainly walking, I think the calorie burn has been pretty accurate.

    Day 79: -- 02/08 140.0 Low calories again, lots of movement.
    Day 80: -- 02/09 138.5 I deserve this...but I'm trying not to get too excited.

    Day 81: -- 02/10 139.5 Stupid scale antics.
    Day 82: -- 02/11 141.5 Stress eating yesterday. I failed to breathe adequately yesterday during radiation, or the computer failed, but one way or another they sent me home without radiation. This potentially throws a wrench in the spring break plans as I won't finish til Monday during spring break. My lovely 17 year old son was so sweet. He definitely thought my health should come first and that skipping the last treatment would be pretty dang stupid.


    Day 83: -- 02/12 142 -- Ate better yesterday and got my walk in, but it was a really stressful afternoon. I ended up on the radiation table for 90 minutes with my arms up over my head while they recalibrated and fussed around to get the machine to work. All I had to do was breathe, and occasionally take in a deep breath and hold it. Apparently that was more than I could handle. By 60 minutes in I was seriously melting down, light headed and my arms were dead and in serious pain. I tried yoga breathing, meditating, prayer and could not get past it. They gave me one break (in which I did melt down) and then I managed to get through the final 30 minutes and they did finally do the first treatment. The appointment ran an hour over and I was supposed to pick up my son and bring him to the dentist. Of course I didn't have my phone and had no idea of the time anyway. Luckily he called my husband and was only 15 minutes late. Wish me luck today.

This challenge has been helpful because it is all layed out like a journal and easy to see triggers, occasions, mentalities. I hope there will be another. My worst months are behind me (winter and baking holidays).

    Day 79, Sat, 2/8: 155.9 - 79 days in, but finally seeing a bit of pay-off for all of the hard work.
    Day 80, Sun, 2/9: 157.9 - Consistently under calories by working out more, no reason for the 2 pound jump.

    Day 84, Thurs, 2/13: 158.8 - Coming back down slowly. 15 days left of the 100 day challenge, and it is not looking favourable for me, above my starting weight. I still have one more outing during that time.
    Day 85, Fri, 2//14: 157.7 - It would so suck to have only lost 1 pound in 100 days, like 3 pounds per year after all of this hard work! Big push (after tomorrow's festivities) to end out the 100 days with more of a loss than that. To date only a 0.4 lb loss after 85 days. True there was Christmas and New Year's and the Superbowl in there, 3 days shouldn't be derailing that much out of 100. Not giving up, but sure feel like it sometimes - when I can put on 3 pounds in 1 day and it might take me a year to lose 3 pounds...lets hope not : - )
