    Proud of myself as last night I don’t know how many times I conveniently ‘wandered’ through the kitchen, opened the fridge door and thought “what can I have, I need something”. Yelled NO (in my head) and left again. Tough evening!

    Good for you! That takes a lot of strength. I once had someone tell me that when I found myself gazing into the refrigerator I should ask if I was hungry enough to eat an apple. If the answer was no, then I was to shut the door and get out of the kitchen. Sometimes the question still works for me, and sometimes not.
