I thought i'd be further than this in time into planking by this time of the month but i've been adding and mixing so many exercises in that finding time is getting increasingly difficult considering i'm squeezing my workouts in around the kids bed time. I'll hit the 60 for December no problem but I was hoping for more!1 -
