    @BSchoberg How do you get your BF%? I have a scale that reads BF, water, bone, and muscle but I never really trusted it. I know if I'm consistent it may show me a general trend, I just can't stand the bouncing around so much!

    @Hilogirl2018 Those daily bounces are the reason I started tracking my average weight each round. Looking back at my spoiler I can see that my average generally went down. This also eliminates the big loss or gain from Day 10 to Day 1 of the next round. I love this group and the tips I have learned along the way.

    @UTMom81 You are right about sewing being sedentary but on the BRIGHT side, we can’t easily be eating at the same time! I’ve always been a couch potato so exercise is a struggle for me. I’m too lazy to turn on the Wii!

    @quiltingjaine If I actually hunted them all down, I'm sure there would be a lot more than half a dozen. And the fabric scraps, eek, they are strategically hidden all around ;).
