I used them for a while (maybe one or two containers?) because I work out fasted and I don't eat meat, so I figured a little amino acid supplementation wouldn't hurt, might help. Didn't notice any difference in performance, stamina, or anything. Not even any placebo effect.
I don't think there is any research that supports their effectiveness.
Amazon gave me a sample of one a little while ago that is really tasty but very pricey. I can probably flavour my water with something cheaper.0 -

Serious question - what's your best method of dealing with puffy eyes or dark circles besides more sleep ?(not an option)
Reduce sodium intake. The tendency to dark circles can be genetic, though. Also could be low iron (probably unlikely for a young male). Both could be caused by allergies.
They sell gel eye mask things that you refrigerate then put on your eyes, those would take down puffiness if you're really desperate.1 -

Serious question....what is k-pop? Like youtube?
From my observation it looks like the Asian culture culture vulturing off of American pop music/culture.
This one they are trying to rap. Facepalm. Have a mother freakin seat.

Why am I more stressed out and alarmed over what’s happening with Iran and America then actual (some) Americans 😭0

If sandwich bread is square, why is lunch meat round?11

Why do you think you're more concerned? Because you're trying to engage others to speak about it & they decline? Or something else? How are you expressing it? If you're frantic (you said stressed out & alarmed), some may not wish to enter into a frantic discussion cuz it's upsetting. Where are you coming across these people? If they're saying they don't wish to discuss it or say something dismissive, perhaps you're taking that as a sign of uncaring, when it's only that they don't care to express vulnerability or talk about such subjects at work or when simply wanting to food shop.
Many people don't outwardly express stress or concern or feelings, for that matter, when in public... that's not just in the states. Some may think that if people are not sobbing at a funeral, they feel nothing, when it's untrue as it's taking everything to hold in crushing pain. A lot of us here, especially if over 40, come from families like that.
We don't ever know what anyone else is thinking.
We're also so over-saturated with bad news on all fronts... financial, national security, working long hours, unemployment, cost of living, school shootings, worry for children, aging parents, etc., many just need to turn off to go about their daily tasks, merely for self preservation. We're bombarded with bad news enough... newspapers, Internet, TV... many don't wish to discuss it further, especially with co-workers or strangers.
I rarely discuss war, politics, gov't, religion, salary, relationships, death with anyone other than those involved with those things in my personal life. Many of us are private people. Maybe you're not?10 -

How do you block someone from sending you messages here, after having had them as a friend and then removing them?2

Sorry to hear you have to do this, but to Ignore someone, click on their forum name & there are 2 green buttons at the bottom of the pop-up... Send a Msg & Ignore. Click Ignore.
To delete them as a friend, click on your Friends list & an "x" will be in the upper right corner of their thumbnail... if you click that, they disappear from your list.
I don't know if you Ignore them, they also disappear from your Friend's list or vice versa... I'm assuming not, as they're 2 different functions.0
