Has anyone used BCAAS and how do you feel about it?

(I think that's the correct acronym.)

Technically it's not anymore...probably more snapchat or insta driven.

(I think that's the correct acronym.)

I used them for a while (maybe one or two containers?) because I work out fasted and I don't eat meat, so I figured a little amino acid supplementation wouldn't hurt, might help. Didn't notice any difference in performance, stamina, or anything. Not even any placebo effect.

I don't think there is any research that supports their effectiveness.

Amazon gave me a sample of one a little while ago that is really tasty but very pricey. I can probably flavour my water with something cheaper.

Serious question - what's your best method of deal with puffy eyes or dark circles besides more sleep ?(not an option)

Put something cold on the eyes
    Gentle tapping
That's for the puffing. As far as dark circles I use concealer.

    K-pop is amazing. Duh.
There's lots of different bands and styles so not all of them are cutesy.I think they put a lot more effort into the music videos and dancing.
