    I'm using the data from the start of my weight loss...

    Average is 7271 kJ. I'm using the average given from the Lifesum app, which has some surprising bugs so no guarantees that the number I post is 100% accurate. Once in a while I'll calculate the average on my spreadsheet to see if bugs have been swatted or are breeding.

    I'm going to restart this challenge. I'm using the Lifesum value for one month. It's meant to be around 25,000 kJ but right now it's 34,187. I'm only allowed to overeat on the 20th, my birthday. The numbers seem rather weird, that's because of the bugs.

    I've decided to do this challenge again. My Lifesum app has data from January 2. Average is 7752 KJ. I can theoretically track eating for the next 117 days.
