For February, last Tuesday's official weigh-in, 172.4 Today is Sunday and TUESDAYs are the weigh in day for me.
Feb 1 Sad day-sister died no weighing, barely got out of bed
Feb 2 Went to church, had pancakes and sushi, went to YMCA, that scale seems to say 181 my scale is under 184
Feb 3 new scale says 181 did no exercise
Feb 4 not saying what my scale said-just hoping it is close to right, husband's wedding ring does not seem to snag on joint today. no exercise but I did chase kid around gym and we will walk to meeting tonight (10 mins at most) I have to wait while he does chorus I can stroll or do steps during that. Pool tomorrow.
Feb 5 my scale lies and I love it but can't use its sweet mark. did 45 mins in pool.
Feb 6 scale lied some more, will check at Y, gonna do a water zumba and add 30 more mins to make up for missed days. Wonder if I am under-estimating food and will more carefully measure.
Feb 7 179.6 on my new home scale but sigh, I know it is fudging. Ate out-feel sick. Will do pool exercises. Wonder if it really helps or if I am just playing at pool. Wiggled for 20 mins in DMV line if that is worth anything.
Feb 8 too early to say much. cold and I will do the Y pool some today. 176.4 a.m.
Feb 9 177 at least made chili not a great day 45 pool mins
Feb 10 who knows maybe 177 or so, definitely depressed, having nightmares and I know it is losing sister. Pool exercise this evening 7:15-8:15 I haven't seen Jeopardy in forever. Might rain tonight (might not).
Feb 11 please be less than 180 will report late this evening Cold and rainy with a wind. Going to buy kid tacos at Taco Bell.

Feb 14 -- home scale suggests as low as 172 this morning went to pool 1 hour and food tracked well
Feb 15 -- the 171.8 holding at home, short time at pool, but went.
Feb 16 -- up a pound, 172.4, ate high cal pork w/ bbq sauce, potatoes w/ plant butter, pork and beans. Gonna take fiber, you know what I mean! Tomorrow is going to be Monday all day long I know, will double gym time for today's absence
Feb 17 - 173 there will be no protein shakes for breakfast as of tomorrow, 2 Y classes for today
Feb 18 - scale is back to morning reading at 172, no more regular classes, only the pool stuff at Y, Protein shakes for suppa not breakfast.

Feb 23 - Missed a few days but I have been weighing and frittering hither and yon. I think it is perhaps possible that I could be hovering at 169.9. I mean that scale that likes me say it is. The Y scale is snooty, possibly inaccurate b/c it suggests not below 170. In any case, I did eat Oriental so there is realistically sodium in me that would not be had I eaten at home. I exercised a bit more and I will drink more tomorrow in hopes that I meet the goal below.

9 Feb- I weighed myself on a different scale this morning. Seemed to low to be a "real" number. I'll wait until tomorrow to weigh in on my regular scale to confirm or disprove it. *shrugs* I don't wanna get my hopes up!

11 Feb- 142.4 lb- Extra grazing lastnight while packing lunches and making the kids dinner. TOM is coming....

Dec 2018: Had gradually wavered up again to 170s

Nov 2019: Hit goal late Nov. I’m now focusing on increasing strength workouts
