    I'm in. Only weigh myself twice a week though.

    (I use Happy Scale, so the losses above are determined by moving average. I will post my actual daily weight below.)

    1 Feb: 144.4 TOM started today, so I should see a bit of a water weight loss about 5 days from now.
    2 Feb: 143.2
    3 Feb: 144 Super Bowl yummies! I went just a little over my deficit calories, but...sodium!
    4 Feb: 143.2
    5 Feb: 142.4
    6 Feb: 140.6 Water weight loss after TOM, but also haven’t felt well the last few days, so not eating much. I expect this to go up some once better.
    7 Feb: 139.6 Still not eating up to goal calories. My stomach hurts after I eat anything. Is this like a mild stomach bug? It’s been since Tuesday (2/4). We’ll see how today goes.
    8 Feb: 140
    9 Feb: 139.8 My stomach still hurts every time I eat. I’ve averaged 1050 calories/day this week, when my goal is 1550 (and I average more like 1700, actually). I’ve never had this before!

    12 Feb: 139.6 Went to doctor yesterday, having h.pylori test done today, then to GI specialist if it’s not that.

    Feb 3: 212 (I went off the wagon the last couple of days in January because I had made progress and it carried over into this month. As of today, back on).

    Feb 5: 210.8 (I'll be test-driving a Freshly subscription this weekend, I'm hoping that'll help with the food prep. Laziness is one of my biggest obstacles....I hate cooking for myself.)

    Feb 9: 211.4 (this is officially my first day on Freshly. It's basically "slightly healthier frozen dinners", but I like it so far. If anything, it makes counting macros easier...but I did go off the wagon for a couple of days while I was awaiting the delivery).

    Feb 12: 209 (so far, so good on Freshly. Biggest thing is that it puts in perspective how many calories I WAS eating when I'd be unable to weigh my food and have to eyeball it. 500 calories just....isn't that much. So I'm hungry, a LOT, but back to making progress).

    2 Feb - 143 lb -Wow!! I haven't seen this number in about 10 years!! It's the lowest in my adult life! 😲👍Feels like a temporary drop, being almost 2 lbs in one day... But I'll bask in it while I can 😊
    3 Feb- 144.6 lb- Welp.... ok then lol Late dinner last night.
    4 Feb- 144.2 lb- This seems like a more realistic number. B)
    5 Feb- 143.2 lb- Unexpected, but I'm not going to argue lol Surprised to see this drop. I ended up having to weigh myself after lunch today.... so tomorrow might be even lower. Just have to wait & see!
    6 Feb- 142.4 lb- AWESOME! I must be doing something right!! I noticed my wedding rings have been feeling dangerously loose lately. Starting to worry about them slipping off :o Close to time to get them refitted!!
    7 Feb- 141.8 lb- Wow! I might be in switching into maintenance mode THIS MONTH!!! :open_mouth:
    8 Feb- no weigh day
    9 Feb- I weighed myself on a different scale this morning. Seemed to low to be a "real" number. I'll wait until tomorrow to weigh in on my regular scale to confirm or disprove it. *shrugs* I don't wanna get my hopes up!
    10 Feb- 141.4 lb - Yep! A much more reasonable number today.
    11 Feb- 142.4 lb- Extra grazing lastnight while packing lunches and making the kids dinner. TOM is coming....
    12 Feb- 142 lb- I'm ok with this. I feel pretty bloated today. Yuck!

    6 Feb: 66.2 - not expecting this to last. Was a bit unwell last night, so possibly dehydration and less food on board.

    8 Feb: 66.8 - oh, well, gotta focus on healing for now, but I will keep posting here so I don't lose all focus on healthy eating. Mild head injury, and some swelling to go down. Got to take it easy for a while.
    10 Feb: 66.6 - still v.sore head with some swelling (very colourful black eye), and not back to exercise yet (a little walking, but more resting)
    11 Feb: 65.8 - what?!?! Will see if this lasts...

    Feb 1 Sad day-sister died no weighing, barely got out of bed
    Feb 2 Went to church, had pancakes and sushi, went to YMCA, that scale seems to say 181 my scale is under 184
    Feb 3 new scale says 181 did no exercise
    Feb 4 not saying what my scale said-just hoping it is close to right, husband's wedding ring does not seem to snag on joint today. no exercise but I did chase kid around gym and we will walk to meeting tonight (10 mins at most) I have to wait while he does chorus I can stroll or do steps during that. Pool tomorrow.
    Feb 5 my scale lies and I love it but can't use its sweet mark. did 45 mins in pool.
    Feb 6 scale lied some more, will check at Y, gonna do a water zumba and add 30 more mins to make up for missed days. Wonder if I am under-estimating food and will more carefully measure.
    Feb 7 179.6 on my new home scale but sigh, I know it is fudging. Ate out-feel sick. Will do pool exercises. Wonder if it really helps or if I am just playing at pool. Wiggled for 20 mins in DMV line if that is worth anything.
    Feb 8 too early to say much. cold and I will do the Y pool some today. 176.4 a.m.
    Feb 9 177 at least made chili not a great day 45 pool mins
    Feb 10 who knows maybe 177 or so, definitely depressed, having nightmares and I know it is losing sister. Pool exercise this evening 7:15-8:15 I haven't seen Jeopardy in forever. Might rain tonight (might not).
    Feb 11 please be less than 180 will report late this evening Cold and rainy with a wind. Going to buy kid tacos at Taco Bell.
