@CamandJarvis -My husband worked for a company for 25 years and the bonus and termination dates make you realize that nice guys finish last. My advice to you is: do what makes you able to take the kids to see their dad and gets you the most money doing it. It doesn’t matter if you need to give your notice over the phone, you need to think of yourself first, darling!
Good Luck, we are all pulling for you!!!💚 Karen10 -

2/8 121.0 Lun-ner yesterday at Golden Corral, guild board (bored!) meeting this morning
2/9 120.0 May go to champagne brunch with DH. Must not drink ALL of the champagne! 10:30AM and he’s still asleep. Wish I could do that!
2/10 120.0 We finally went to brunch at noon. That was my OMAD. Water, coffee and 2 glasses of champagne. I slept until 8 this morning - 8 hours 22 minutes! My one hour inactivity warning chirped 5 minutes after I got out of bed! Should have been jogging in my sleep!
2/11 120.5 Amy and I did the seated row and my back was aching last night but today nothing hurts. So, yay???
2/12 120.5
2/13 121.5 Greek salad for lun-ner after a good workout yesterday. I have the other half for lunch today.
2/14 121.0 Happy Valentine’s Day (and Happy sweet 16 to our youngest granddaughter) This is just another day in our house, my birthday is coming up.
2/15 122.0 We went to the movies, got popcorn and we ate the WHOLE thing! First popcorn in almost 3 years. I’m okay with it, I know it’s temporary. Valentine potluck tonight so am relatively certain I will be up tomorrow. I’m making keto lasagna so at least that will be on my plan!9 -
Round 104, 21st Round for Me
Starting Weight: 276.8 lbs
Goal Weight: 274.8 lbs
Day/Weight/Comment
02/07: 278.1 lbs (+1.3) … expected an uptick here as I had lost about 5lb over the past couple days. Still not too bad.
02/08: 279.9 lbs (+1.8) … another expected uptick. Had a nice date night and was perfectly within budget, but then my wife and I decided we’d play drunken video games together so I wound up having another 5 beers late into the evening. Whatever this is is temporary and should fall off within the next couple days. Sometimes you just have to live a little
While I’ve set 274.8 as a goal for this round (I always choose my goal to be 2 lb less), I’ll be completely happy if I end around my round start weight… since last round ended with a dramatic drop in weight.
02/09: 278.9 lbs (-1.0) … down a bit. Planning on eating pretty light today, which should help me drop some more.
02/10: 279.6 lbs (+0.7) … hrm. Cooperate already, body. Despite eating really light yesterday and staying fairly active doing housework, I still wound up with a gain on the scale. Oh well. Still very happy about the inches I’ve dropped around my waist over the past week and a half.
02/11: 278.3 lbs (-1.3) … this is what I want to see. More of this. I was finally able to replace my defective VR headset (been out of commision since Thanksgiving!) and got back to one workout that I love -- Beat Saber. Played a couple hours last night.
02/12: 277.3 lbs (-1.0) … Three hours of VR last night no doubt made this drop possible. Played another 2 hours of Beat Saber and one of Superhot VR. Finally beat the latter. It was pretty challenging. Wound up with about 14,000 steps between walking and moving all over the living room while playing in VR.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kHksBtpWnXo
(obviously not me in the video, but this is Beat Saber for those unfamiliar with it)
02/13: 278.2 lbs (+0.9) … Up a little. I had planned to get in some more VR activity last night, but I wound up feeling so tired that I went to bed early instead. I probably wouldn’t have eaten as much as I did if I had foreseen that. Oh well. Still got in a 2.5 mile walk yesterday afternoon and about a half hour of Beat Saber.
02/14: 278.7 lbs (+0.5) … 3 miles walking yesterday and about 2 hours of low intensity VR yesterday. I’m guessing this uptick is sodium-related, as I think yesterday was particularly sodium heavy. Happy Valentine’s Day, all.
02/15: 277.3 lbs (-1.4) … I didn’t eat super great yesterday, so this surprised me a little. I’m sure a good chunk of it was my blood donation yesterday -- which I’ve read typically weighs about a pound. I’m still happy about the extra .4 though!

Hey everyone! I took a long break from these challenges, but I've continued to weigh in daily on Happy Scale and celebrated my small victories to myself lol. However, since I was hospitalized late last year for something that could've taken my life, I've been having trouble losing weight! I think my body has been trying to recuperate after that and plus I got the flu and sinusitis on Christmas and I'm still taking meds from that to this day. I want to have some additional accountability to get these extra 6ish pounds off that I've been struggling with for 4 months now since I was hospitalized!

Day/Weight/Comment
02/07: 182.6 (I gained 0.2 pounds from last week! I have lost inches, and my smallest jeans are starting to get baggy but the scale has increased. TOM is coming on Sunday so I know that’s why. I did an intense kickboxing class last night and ate some potato corn chowder for dinner last night!)
02/08: 184.2 (I save some calories for the weekend and last night I made a homemade cheeseburger and some baked French fries. I’m guessing that was a TOM craving 😂. No workout yesterday since it was my rest day!)
02/09: 185.8 (TOM came yesterday afternoon as I expected. I did not workout yesterday as it was my second rest day and ran some errands. I had a bean burrito for dinner last night and relaxed!)
02/10: 185.6 (A slight tick downwards. I’m hoping for a lot of weight down this week! Let’s see how it goes! I did a Zumba workout at home for an hour and I had some roasted pork loin, green beans and salad for dinner last night.)
02/11: 181.8 (Umm what happened? 😂 this kind of shocked me! I think it’s the most weight I’ve lost after/during a cycle. I had gained 2 weeks back to back because of my cycle. I’m hoping it goes back to normal! I did a Zumba class at the gym last night and ate honey garlic chicken breast, rice, asparagus and grapes for dinner!)
02/12: 180.4 (I think I’m dreaming! I’ve been struggling for months and I guess I just had to come back to this group for my weight to budge. Only 4.4 pounds left until I get to the lowest weight since my hospitalization. Anyway, I did a 1 hour kickboxing class at the gym and I had Caesar salad and a slice of broccoli cheddar chicken pot pie for dinner!)
02/13: 180.8 (Not bad! I usually gain on Thursday’s because I do a Power Circuit class at the gym and I’m sore the next day from all the lunges and weight training. I had a very good food day yesterday and ate to plan.)
02/14: 179.8 (it’s my official weigh in and the first time I’m seeing the 170’s in 2020! Since last Friday, I lost 20.8 pounds. I’m so happy I got through this horrible stretch of time! I did a kickboxing class at the gym and ate to plan. Happy Friday everyone!
02/15: 179.8 (I always gain on a Friday into Saturday but this is a very nice change to maintain from yesterday. I did not work out yesterday as it was one of my rest days and ate to plan. I made cinnamon sugar cookies with cream cheese frosting and it was soooo good. I only had one though for 266 calories!)

02/14 - 157.7 - I would really like to be below my start weight at the end of the 10 days, but tomorrow's festivities are going to impact my Day 10 weigh-in. I will work out lots today to hopefully start tomorrow weighing less than today.
1,055 calories left over (lots of activity). 3711 burned above and beyond in 8 days, so at least a pound. I have found out that I don't lose weight at all if I don't achieve this sort of deficit.
02/15 - 156.3 - Tomorrow could be a different story since I have indulgence planned for later today. I will be sure to get lots of workouts in first.

@eyesopennow Thank you for that insight. I don't need the bonus and cancelling the vacation means the kids don't see their dad for 4 more months (it's been 3 months already) and I ruin the mom and her husband's plans/anniversary as they then have the kids for that week with no school. I trust my boss wouldn't cancel my bonus -- he's a good guy -- but the company would JUMP at any opportunity to keep the money from me. The concern is that they will terminate me early knowing if they allow me to work until my stated "last day" they have to pay out bonus. So I could give notice and the company force my boss to tell me to get lost before the required date to pay out bonus. It's not about the bonus for me, it's about the potential employment gap due to the company's greed and wanting avoid paying out. I couldn't care less if my bonus was $2000 or $2 (though it'd help pay off debt faster I don't NEED it), I just want to avoid a large employment gap and not have the money to pay my bills all because of their greed. I guess I should've explained that better. Hopefully that helps you understand. I'm watching my coworker go through it right now -- they told her her last day would be the week before bonus payout to avoid paying her. Luckily her new job was willing to give her a sign on bonus to make up for it and moved her start date up to avoid employment gap. Mine cannot as they only have new hire orientation days (start dates) on specific days so I have to be a little more careful.
@quiltingjane Even if he could match the salary to keep me, he couldn't match the benefits package, incentive packages, educational/career advancement opportunities, and location. The only thing the new place doesn't have that my current job does is a matching 401k percentage. The new company has a deferred benefit plan instead. I already have a Roth IRA so I'll just resume contributions to that and not worry about company match. It's not a big concern for me. I've been working hard for almost a decade to get ahead on retirement planning while I knew I could in case something happened and I had to put contributions on hold. This way I just have to put contributions in myself (instead of automatically coming out of my paycheck) but I can continue and I still feel ahead of the game.5 -

02/07 …..192.1 ….. [/color=black
02/08 …..192.0 …..
02/09 …..193.0 …..
02/10 …..193.1 …..
02/12 …..194.6 ….. Walked 83 minutes burning 516 extra calories. I burned 2746 Calories total for the day which is more than I ate I walked 7.3 Miles total for the day which was 17,243 Total Steps. 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 4 hours & 25 minutes but woke up refreshed
02/13 …..194.2….. My last 5 morning fasting numbers including today’s are: 279, 259, 235, 217, 207. As I reduce my carbs my numbers get better, however, going too low causes the dangerous sugar drops I was experiencing after I got out of whack (after Christmas). Last night, I changed up my final meal after closing out so my carbs & cals were a bit higher than expected (I finished a leftover). Numbers as follows: 1526 Calories In / 2647 Calories Out. 87 Net Carbs. 13,868 Total Steps & 5.87 Total Miles. 11/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 6 hours & 8 minutes and felt pretty good. I walked for 73 minutes at a very brisk pace for me and burned 597 extra calories. We shall see how further reductions in carbs & calories work for me at this stage.
02/14 …..194.2 ….. No change on the scale but I’m not surprised because it was movie night with my son. I spent the evening making memories with him that belong to he and I only. One’s I hope he will never forget. My calories were good but my carbs still higher than I’d hoped but that is not surprising for movie night. My glucose was 203 this morning. Still dropping slightly but I have a long way to go. Doing it slowly as my body adjusts. Today I hope to keep it a little more low carb but it’s Valentine’s Day and anything can happen! Yesterday’s stats: 1646 Calories In / 2305 Calories Out (I ate back some of my exercise calories). 107 Net Carbs. 13,011 Total Steps & 5.51 Total Miles. 11/13 Fitbit Step Hours and I slept 5 hours & 4 minutes. I walked the school halls for 75 minutes burning 437 calories. A lot of interruptions at the school yesterday so it was a little more stop & go than I liked. Less speed & burn. Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! Enjoy your day and your evenings with those who matter most!
02/15 …..194.8 ….. I had a surprise Valentine’s Day dinner out with DD#2 which came with a wonderful dessert. I did not expect it and I didn’t have the heart to say no. It was a set meal, no ordering so I enjoyed it but I did leave some food on my plate. At home I was given roses, cards, balloons and candy. Sheesh! It was a lovely day overall. School was closed at 1:00 but I managed to get in there before lock down and I walked for 120 minutes burning 674. It was at 3.0 which is a bit slower than I’d planned. However, an old friend walked with me and though I had to slow down a bit, it was nice to catch up. Over calorie and carb so my experiment was on hold for Valentine’s Day. I will try to be mindful and resume today.

@CamandJarvis That sheds some light. You have a current example of company attitude toward departing staff, so if you suspect that you will be early-terminated as soon as you give notice, and if you need the bonus to pay bills, then I would wait til I got back from vacation, and on the second day back (not the first) tell them you got a job offer the previous day and must, regrettably, give short notice. You're still taking a real chance on early termination or loss of bonus, but it sounds like you would be taking that chance no matter what you do.4

@CamandJarvis
I’m in the “do what’s best for you camp”
Maybe it’s my age but it seems to me that companies are no longer loyal to employees. You have to look out for yourself! You’ve earned the bonus. You can still end on a great note with your boss and plan a smooth transition.6 -

It's never too late to start this journey!5 -
@eyesopennow Unfortunately, my boss doesn't deserve short notice AT ALL. If I knew for sure I had something to cover the potential employment gap then I'd rather risk the bonus/employment gap. But I do know I have bills to pay whether I'm employed or not and I need to ensure I cover those one way or another, even if it is using a tax return (I will know more Friday when I have my appt to file taxes -- if I find out I get a return and it is enough to cover necessary bills until I get my first paycheck from the new job, I will adjust my willingness to accept the risk of loss to give my boss the proper notice he deserves)
My bonus payout and mid-month paycheck (they come together) is the Friday I am on vacation, so if I give notice the 2nd day back from vacation, I get the bonus and I'll get at least 7 days of work paid for (5 days vacation + the first 2 days back from vacation fall under my final paycheck at the end of March). At that point, I can't imagine they'd early terminate without allowing me time to get a turnover set up but I don't know for sure. Even if they do, they can't take the bonus back as it is in the policy to be actively employed at time of payout and that's the end of it. Either way, a paycheck on the 13th and another (even if its smaller) on the 27th will cover my bills and I won't even need the bonus. HR did say that they've seen people put in their notice on the day of payout so they're guaranteed the bonus... Not quite my style, but I can see how they'd perceive it
I wish I could just say I'd give notice early if I could guarantee I'd work until my chosen last day (and avoid a large gap), even if I have to forfeit the bonus. I'd gladly do that to avoid this mess. Not quite sure that's an option, though.5 -
Round 103 - Jan.28 to Feb.6
Female, 5’, 66 years. SW – 165, GW – 163 something, UGW – 140. (This really should be 125 or 130 but that seems like such a long ways to go and 140 would be a huge improvement.) The 12 hr. IF along with everything else (portion control, watching calories in foods, exercise) seems to be working well for me.
Day/Weight/Comment
02/07 – 166 – Out for dinner Thurs., for sure way over cals.
02/08 – 165.8
02/09 - 166
02/10 – 165.8 – Rather late to the game and thought about skipping the Round but then thought, “And would I end up making those cheat days? Oh, very possibly – just by accident, of course, you know.” So back at it. Off to the gym today and sunshine in absolutely blue sky after days of gray fog and snow.
02/11 – 165.6 – Sorting through papers and came across the Dr.’s handout on invisible GERD. Untreated it can affect your vocal chords! As someone who loves singing and has worked pretty hard at improving the last few years, this is major motivation. Of course, the primary suggested treatment is lose weight. The second is no food in the evening.
02/12 – 164.8 – So happy to see this. Made tuna quiche yesterday because my husband, who won’t eat it, was away and I love it. Thought I was way over calories but stuck to my determination to log and found out that I was ok – that kept me from giving up and eating random stuff. It helped that breakfast was a bit lighter and there was no cheese in the quiche. Also, with the invisible GERD on my mind, I was careful to stick with the IF. Off to the gym today and then careful grocery shopping – no bad treats, if they come in my house I Will eat them.
02/13 – 164.6 - Good gym time although I took it easy on the arms as they are sore from painting. Didn’t manage the shopping, so off to do that today. Stuck with IF and logging.
02/14 – 164.6 – Stayed with 12 hr. IF. Almost didn’t finish logging, had already shut down the computer, and then thought, “I’ve done all the measuring, and I’m not going to record it??” so I turned it back on and found that I was only 60 cals. over. I think that finding excuses for not tracking cals. is my brain’s sneaky way of slowly throwing it all out the window and being lazy.
02/15 – 164.4 – I see at the top that I just cut and pasted my goals from last round. Don’t think I’ll get to 163, but maybe I can keep this number. Gym yesterday, getting a little nearer where I was last spring. IF but didn’t manage to log all.

@holli1ch it moved again!!!!! Two days in a row, that's amazing! Your perseverance has finally paid off (:
@ShanMacTell Never too late! Glad you could join us6 -
Looking forward:
- February: I need to focus on getting back to where I was pre-Christmas
- 2020: Goal is to stabilise weight around 145
- Strengthen strategies to reframe the tendency to use unhealthy snack food as a reward/treat.
- Make sure I have prepared healthy snacks available
- Cut down on eating between meals
Back Story:2018:2020
My goal was to get down below 160, to allow me to enjoy the indulgences of holidays and celebrations.
2019
I exceeded that and have been below 150 for most of the last 2 months.
In 2018, I put on 10 lbs over the last 2 months of the year.
In 2019, I consistently lost weight since the end of July. I put on about 4lbs over the Christmas break, but was still below my original 2019 goal.
That's a WIN in my book!
I need this more than ever now that I am in maintenance! I might even manage to lose a bit more ever so slowly.

THERE ARE NO QUICK FIXES OR SHORTCUTS to achieving permanent change.
REMINDERS One or two thoughts which might give heart to some of you.- Daily weight fluctuations are normal, and can be as much as 2 lbs a day for no apparent reason.
- A general downward trend is what we are looking for.
- Eating out can cause apparent weight gain because of high sodium levels, but usually goes quickly. Drinking extra water helps with this.
- The human body does not react instantly to what we do to it. Sometimes it can take several days to see results.
- Plateaus are a normal part of the process. The body is consolidating and adapting to your new way of eating/exercising.
- The closer you get to your goal weight, the more difficult it becomes to lose weight, as your body becomes more efficient at using what you feed it.
- When you exercise you build muscle, which takes up less space than fat, so use measurements as well as weight to assess your progress.
- Getting/Staying fit and healthy requires a lifestyle change for most people.

02/12 168.0 lbs, 971 Calories, 22 Carbs, 15 Net Carbs, and 7916 steps. Low on calories today mostly because I had more veggies. I felt there was no need to eat fat just to get the calories up. Macros were good.
02/13 167.4 lbs. 1,013 Calories, 12 Carbs, 8 Net Carbs, and 8,403 steps. Snowed last night so driving from our farm into town to see my mom was slow. But she was having a good day.

Day/Weight/Comment:
02/07: 201.5 (+0.5); Thursday info: 4548 steps, 4 of 12, 5hr44m (74); Thursday was another long day of work and then dinner out with friends. I was tied to my desk and did not exercise after I got home from dinner. I saved a decent # of calories for dinner but we had sushi and I ate all the edamame. That was A LOT of sodium. I never know how to log sushi so I just gave up. Made sure NOT to eat anything extra before bed.
02/08: 202.5 (+1.0); Friday info: 4359 steps, 6 of 12; 5hr23m (73); Friday was a short day at work. I skipped family dinner and sort of went off the rails at home. “Shark Week” is due to begin soon and I’ve been craving salt, salt, and more salt. Not getting my water in at home either. ******I know this is just a small hiccup and I will get past it. Even as my weigh-in’s remind me of a heartbeat (up, down, up, down), I am still on a downward trend. Instead of focusing on the # on the scale, I will keep trying to move and log. The scale will work itself out as I go.
02/09: 202.5 (0) Saturday info: 9520 steps, 6 of 12, 7hr18m (81); Saturday was barn day! While we had snow flying, I did make the 125 drive to the barn to ride with friends. I was able to ride 2 this weekend for about 60m of activity. Then I made the 125 trek back home, with more snow flying. I got Wendy’s (apple bites/grilled chicken) for lunch and grabbed Subway (oven roasted chicken breast with tons of veggies & Cheetos) for dinner but I got a footlong instead of a 6inch. Then I seemed to just snack mindlessly the rest of the night after getting some bad news about my DA. So it was an 80/20 day for me with lots of steps and calorie burn. (4hr28m fat burn, 7m cardio, 2m peak for a total of 4hr47m & 1149 calories burned)
02/10: 202.3 (-0.2); Sunday info: 1836 steps, 3 of 12, 11hr11m (78); Sunday was a bad day. My DA passed away around 6am after being taken off life support the day before. Apparently, she had been hiding how bad she was from everyone, including her only child. ((My best friend’s Grandmother had passed away early Saturday morning after her 2nd stroke in about 10 days.)) I was just emotionally exhausted. I had no desire to really do much of anything. Mom and I just waited for info to come in and tried to update family in KY. ((I was worried about who was going to be #3, as we all know death comes in 3’s.))
02/11: DNW; Monday info: 2195 steps, 3 of 12, 6hr13m (80); Monday was even worse. I woke up with a migraine and just could NOT adult so I stayed home from work. I laid in bed until I couldn’t stand it anymore. My mom and I were just zombies all day. Mindless eating. Then we got a call that my grandmother’s friend passed away (she had also had a stroke) so, that was 3 in 3 days. So very heart breaking. I was feeding my sadness all day long. **Again, this is just life and it happens so I will keep on keeping on and work harder to get myself back on track.
02/12: 202.3 (0); Tuesday info: 5659 steps, 9 of 12, 5hr6m (80); Tuesday I got back to work and back to my regular routine. I did a lot of crying but talking about things helped me process the loss of my Aunt. I got my eating back on track but didn’t do any extra exercise. For some reason, I cannot seem to get more than 5hrs of sleep on “school nights”. Need to make a better effort on this part. My cousin stopped by with his GF and they filled us in on all the things no one knew about my Aunt’s final months. She had been preparing to not be around much longer but never told anyone. We all agree that she was probably waiting until my cousin’s nasty divorce was final and his children were safe in his custody.
02/13: 201.1 (-1.2): Wednesday info: 4525 steps, 4 of 12, 5hr5m (78); Wednesday was even more back to normal. Work was work. Eating was 100% accounted for. Still didn’t do any exercise or get more than 5hrs of sleep. One more day at the office and then 4 days of time away from everything with my Mom and Aunt/Uncle in KY. Taking my laptop so hopefully I can check in here to keep me accountable, even if I’m not weighing in. Love you guys!!!
02/14: Leave for KY; 200.7 (-0.4); Thursday info: 6245 steps, 7 of 12, 6h24m (77); Thursday was a long, pre-vacation day at work so I was stressing about getting everything done before being out for 2 days. I did really well at work but when I got home, it was late and I wanted something quick so I finished off the 4 pieces of pizza I had leftover from the other day. That really pissed off my insides. I was miserable the rest of the night. Ugh!
02/15: out-of-town, DNW; Friday info: 5059 steps, 9 of 12, 8h51m (88); Friday was a travel day as Mom & I were heading to Richmond, Kentucky to spend the weekend with my Aunt/Uncle. It’s 250 miles and we usually make several stops. ((My back is bad since I fell down the steps in Nov 2018.)) We both did well on our eating while travelling but then we went out for Mexican for dinner. I didn’t log that. I had shrimp fajitas along with chips/salsa/queso. Mexican food!

The 2020 leg of this journey got off to a slow start. Finally saw a loss in the last round after two rounds of gains. Patience and perspective: If I lose an average of two pounds per month, I can reach my goal weight by the end of the year. Just got to keep on keepin’ on.

Daily goals for this round:
1) Stay hydrated.
2) Log carefully and maintain a calorie deficit.
3) Walk or exercise 30+ minutes.
4) Cross something off my "to do" list
Day/Weight/Comment
02/07 – 171.4 – Busy day, with a great gym session. Had company over for drinks and dinner. Eyeballed my portions and didn’t log, but I didn’t overdo it and only had one cocktail.
02/08 – 171.0 – Back down a bit to start the day, but dinner out put me over my calorie budget for the day. A bit sore from yesterday’s gym session, but today was a rest day. Hope to get out to walk tomorrow.
02/09 – 172.0 – Up today, but not surprised. Didn’t make it out to walk, but I got a lot of work done online this morning. Made Korean short ribs with lots of salty sides, I’ll probably see another sodium spike tomorrow, but the meal made my husband very happy, so it was totally worth it. Didn’t bother to log, but I’ll be back on track tomorrow.
02/10 – 172.0 – All goals met. (Forgot to post.)
02/11 – 170.6 – Nice to be back down. Rainy day, so I walked the indoor track for an hour between classes. Met my calorie and hydration goals. Chores tomorrow.
02/12 – 170.6 – Finally made it to the morning Pilates class. I definitely need to work on my flexibility!
02/13 – 170.0 – Excited to see this number. Got some cardio in today and met my calorie and hydration goals.
02/14 – 170.0 – Rest day. Stayed under maintenance calories today.
02/15 – 170.0 – Three days in a row and flirting with the next decade. I’m ready to leave the 170’s behind. Productive day, starting with some gym time. Tomorrow promises to be a bit warmer, so I’m hoping to get to the park. Calorie and hydration goals met. On the whole, a good day 😊

Round 104 Just give me 10 days challenge
HW: 205
BW: 143 back in 2010 (which shows in my profile photo)
GW: 130 -140
02/03 194.6
02/07:
02/08: Will have to weigh in tomorrow.
02/09: 194.2
I found some chocolate in the freezer and I don't know why I ate it. Oh yeah, it was mint, Lindor.
02/10: 194.8 (+.6)I did get 64 oz of water in, my goal is 80. I got my 80 oz of water in today but had a training meeting that included dinner and it was pizza so had 4 slices and ginger ale. I figured why I wanted chocolate I have a nasty chest cold at the moment.
02/11: 195.8 (+1.6) Coughing should be counted as exercise. Its been nonstop for a couple of days. Figure a trip to the doctors is in order.
02/12: 192.8 (-1.8) I think it's because of this cold and I didn't eat much yesterday. MFP gave me *kitten* for such low calories. I did get my water quote in 80 oz. Spent the day on the couch sleeping and watching tv.
02/13: 191.4 (-3.2) I like the number but realize once I start eating again it will go up. My doctor told me yesterday that I have pneumonia and I just haven't had an appetite. The good thing about this is that I am not having a pre-dinner glass of wine, on day 4 so that is saving a lot of calories. I drank 64 ounces of water on Wednesday and still too much diet Pepsi. It's nice and cold. Exercise is non-existent right now.
2/14: 192 (-2.2) Feeling a bit better today so I will probably eat more
2/15: 193.2 (-1.4) Wasn't really hungry today. Even tried to think if I had a snack and I didn't. I did want wine and Doritos, bought them but didn't eat them as my stomach is off. Let's see how I finish tomorrow.

Ready for round 104 {41st for me}
OSW 88KG
RSW 59.90 kg (-28.1 kg) or {- 62 lbs}
Goal....stay under 60kg...a month of maintenance.
02/07 58.85kg much more where I want to be. Need to keep low calories to save some for tasting a variety of international dishes on Sat
02/08 58.35kg a new low which is ironic as I decided this was to be a month of maintenance! I have an international food event tonight which I will keep keto but not worry about calories.
02/09 59.5kg I caved and ate carbs... The bloat is real
02/10 60kg and hoping that's the end of the carb bloat.
02/11 60.05kg all green yesterday so this should start going down soon. Gym done
02/12 58.95kg wasn't hungry last night so I didn't have dinner. Gym done and ready for the rest of the day!
02/13 59.25kg which is fine... Still under 60kg which is all I need this month.
02/14 59.2kg all good
02/15 58.95kg. So long as I'm under 60kg then my maintenance month is working.
02/16 59.25kg and 1st 10 days of maintenance is done.
Loss this round 0.65kg7 -
69 years old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... ...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
We used to walk 5 miles a day. A pinched nerve and back surgery side-lined me for about a year. Then I had back surgery. Now I'm waiting to get my hip fixed. Hip Doc said surgery in April. Ugh! I can't do any walking or biking...both kill me. I see my personal trainer three times a week. She is taking it very slow and easy with me.
I have March 10th as my hip surgery date...much better than April!
