so I had one of those come-to-jesus talks with myself this morning I've been getting my fitness back together but I have not been watering the grass in my own yard I've been looking to see if grass is greener on the other side and we all know grass isn't Greener unless you maintain it so back to water my grass at home and caring for my lovey lovey yard already have most of you will probably not understand what that means but for those of you that do I hope you understand what this means to me and that you will respect that and I appreciate it very much things are going pretty good lots of non scale victories my muscles have been sore after Aunt Flo I'm making good progress have not had the chance to step on the scales all week I've had to get up early cleaning specialist quitting on me staffing issues out the wahzoo so it's got me in the field a lot this week hopefully I'll be selling salsa this weekend and living the dream I'll keep you all updated and more going to be back in it to win it beginning again again and again and again and again and many times as it takes this is a life change and not just a diet hope y'all are killing it have a great day1

Good morning y'all gonna see what the scale says this morning... haven't had time to check in all week. 183.8 that means I'm back on track and getting my head in the game I will for sure have a loss this week!!

Eat mindfully 12-1600 calories a day
Drink the water
Log the activity!!!

Progress is coming y'all gonna switch things up a bit this week!! 1200-1600 calories per day not eating back exercise!! Drink the water!! Log the food eat mindfully!! Here we gooooooo0 -

I haven't been on here in a while but I would give you an update I am still sitting at about the same way 183 hoping to start seeing some loss tightening the rains dropping the calories going to really make this happen I know I say that a lot but I'm not going to give up and I'm not going to stop starting again no matter how many times I start again life is full of bumps and bruises all along the way it's the getting back up every single time and not stopping that gets you progress eventually hope you all are crushing it just know I'm still over here and it's win it trying to be the best me I can be0

The title of this thread "Begin again... again" describes my journey to a T. I go at it hard... almost get to my goal then something happens that causes me to lose focus on it. Then time passes and I end worse than when I started last time. My "gotta lost 20 pounds" becomes "gotta lost 30 pounds" now it's "gotta lose 40 pounds". And it gets harder now that i'm in my 40s. Urg! Back at it again now. Good luck to everyone experiencing the same!2

March 27 was the end of aunt flo. Then may 1 was the end of aunt flo. Looking at that # tells me I lost a solid 2 lbs. I ain't mad at it!! Progress is progress!! I need to get my calories under control. I been emotional eating real bad. Finished taxes yesterday and celebrated with ice cream and Oreos soooooo much stress comes with tax time!! Being a business owner is exhausting enough and now we are starting a second business!! Yep!! Let's just see if we can make my head explode this year!! Hahaha1 -
I've been back 175 days and I have gained 15 lbs I am in a struggle yes I lost 2 of those lbs I gained. Just a lil frustrated yesterday I did not log. Ate ok for the first half of the day and then I just lost it. I wanna do this for real and keep it off. I've never had this much trouble getting started before. 😢😢😢Y'all I'm a lil down today2

Ok sooooooo I'm really giving it my all. 183.4 yesterday! Today up +.4. that's not bad with a rest day yesterday and I did have 2 cupcakes. Ate early and went to bed at like 4:30!!! Yep!! Slept 12 hours!! It's crazy!!!! I am a lil sore. Well here's to progress!! I need this.0

Okie dokie good morning in a good rythum I think now. I did eat in the middle of the night. Gotta get those late night feeling like I'm starving cravings down. Y'all need a lil update!! 179.8 making some progress happen!! Been busy!! Got family coming down All the time and business is finally getting back to normal!! The ranch is growing like crazy and we are pushing to have more jobs going soon!!! Been doing some IF! That's helping me remember what hunger is and that it's ok to be hungry for a lil bit!! Excited to get back in the swing and make some strides happen again!!1

Well PMS set me back again but I'm getting back on track and pressing forward. My mom caused some stress eating. Trying to see why I eat and make sure it is for the right reasons!! Overall doing ok!! How are you ma'am??0 -

Good morning! I'm starting over again for like the 3rd time, I think...maybe it's the 4th. I've lost over 100 pounds 2 separate times now. I have zero excuses for gaining the weight back and discontinuing working out. Just lazy and I like food. I started walking again last Monday (7/12/21) and have only missed one day of either walking outside or going to the gym and using the treadmill. I also started logging my food again. My relationship with food is so unhealthy that it causes me anxiety when I first start this process. I am not actually going by BMI to set a goal weight, my coach set one for me, because the BMI charts are just not realistic...not for me...not for anyone. That being said, I still have over 150 pounds to lose...for the 3rd time.1
