I’ll do a proper introduction for this challenge after work, but for now....

NOTES - I hate that I can’t keep myself on track during the weekends. It’s frustrating. I thought I had done better but the scale has shown me otherwise. Today will be OMAD day. I will eat only at dinner time with the family. I gotta get this back down to my Saturday morning weight. I’m also currently having PMS. I’m meant to start my TOM tomorrow or Wednesday so I am also currently dealing with quite a bit of bloat. Fingers crossed for a drop on the scale tomorrow.

This loss was artificial. I ended April at 158ish. I'm really starting to buckle down though. I re-downloaded the RP diet app because I really like how it breaks down macros by meal/time. But I still track on here because I like the add foods on here better. I'm confident that I will hit my goal this month.3 -

I weigh every Monday so I adjusted the dates. I missed my lose goal last month by 1.2 pounds and I’m not letting that happen this month!

I'm not loving the weight gain due to my new scale but I will work to get back to the top of my maintenance goal.
Now, I do love that my weight syncs with Fitbit which then syncs with MFP. Also, all of the stats are nice.

FYI: My BF has been back and forth between 33% and 35% for 6 months. My goal is 30% and we will see what happens. I tend to carry my weight around my waist and hips.
I have seen 32% once in March - on my way!

I know I’m super excited cause the trend is finally on a downward slope. I was starting to climb toward the end of April. Looks like the Ribs gain is gone for you! Nicely done! We got our weekend gains under control early in the week. Now to work on this weeks loss!3 -

NOTES - Happy the scale is still creeping in the right direction. I haven’t been this low since November last year. The changes I’ve made have been working. I decided to do OMAD on Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Friday’s as it really helps with my tummy issues. The other days will be normal IF days for me. I just came in from my morning 5K run and I’m about to start homeschooling. Today is also grocery shopping day so it’s gonna be a busy one. Have a great HUMP DAY! ❤️

7th- 208.8 Inflated weight due to travel yesterday. Very little movement, no planned exercise (just driving in car) and restaurant food (sodium and carbs are my enemy). I’ll be working on having a good week! This is my birthday week. It falls on Mother’s day Sunday so I plan on trying to gift myself a drop in weight this week. Is it possible with a Mother’s Day holiday and a Birthday? Stay tuned….
