My name is Donna and I am from the Midwest. 5’ 5”. I am 60 years old.
Original starting weight - 253
May starting weight (Final weigh-in April 30th) – 207.9

Ultimate goal – 145-155 (I’ll know when I get there)
1st – 207.7
7th- 208.8 Inflated weight due to travel yesterday. Very little movement, no planned exercise (just driving in car) and restaurant food (sodium and carbs are my enemy). I’ll be working on having a good week! This is my birthday week. It falls on Mother’s day Sunday so I plan on trying to gift myself a drop in weight this week. Is it possible with a Mother’s Day holiday and a Birthday? Stay tuned….
14th – 205.0 That is more like it!
21st – 204.3 I am happy to see it down a bit from last week but making goal will be tough unless I tighten my belt more. I haven’t reached the 5 pound goal in several rounds so I’m still up for the challenge! #makingchangesinmylife.

Biscuits! I have never done this well with weight loss in a month.
Mon to Thurs calorie avg is 1226.
I'm not loving the weight gain due to my new scale but I will work to get back to the top of my maintenance goal.
Now, I do love that my weight syncs with Fitbit which then syncs with MFP. Also, all of the stats are nice.

FYI: My BF has been back and forth between 33% and 35% for 6 months. My goal is 30% and we will see what happens. I tend to carry my weight around my waist and hips.

Last week's low scale weight number DID turn out to be a fluke. I think it was dehydration. This is why I think it's so important to weigh daily but look at longer, at least weekly, trends. It does finally look like I may have put an end to my slow gain since the pandemic started. My daily scale weight is down over 3.5 pounds in the last four days and today's is back inside my ideal range. Not by much, but yay! My ten-day average weight is still actually up about a half pound from a month ago; I was still going up at that point. Average weight is up just shy of two pounds from two months ago and about 4.5 pounds from a quarter ago and a year ago. I had been pretty steady since mid-2018, and rock SOLID steady since the beginning of 2019 up until the end of February this year.

Wednesday May 20 - 152.1 - Slept in, so got this good number.
Thursday May 21 - 152.3 - I really wouldn't know what day it was unless copy pasting from yesterday and putting in today's date.
Friday May 22 - 152.1 - I was 163 on this date last year, so have lost 10 pounds in a year. Many years to go at this rate to reach my goal, but sticking with it.
Saturday May 23 - 153.3 - Must be the pizza from 2 days ago, my metabolism is that slow.
Sunday May 24 - 152.6 - I felt quite lean yesterday all day. Nice feeling. I have a long way to go still, but am down 6 pounds since November 01.19. So slow, but having a day where I felt lean is good.
Monday May 25 - 152.2 - 6 more weigh days for this month, hoping to see the 151s.
Tuesday May 26 - 153.1 - No reason for the gain, I definitely want to see a lower number by the 31st.3 -

7th - 129.4 I have been eating a LOT more since I started running and working out again.
14th - 128.1 The scale has been at this weight for three days and all I can hope for is that when the scale does move it's gonna be a nice dip.
21st - 132.4 Binging this month has set me back. Since the 21st I've been working hard to get back into some kind of routine. I won't make the 5 lb loss but if I can get out of this cycle then I'll consider this month a success.
