    Friday May 01 - 153.8 - How great it would be to get firmly entrenched into the 140s by June!
    Saturday May 02 - 153.6
    Sunday May 02 - 155.3 - Ribs. I will try not to have them for at least another month. They were delicious, but it will take awhile to get the weight back down. I knew this.
    Monday May 03 - 154.7 - Still working off those Ribs.
    Tuesday May 04 - 153.4 - Another case of going back to bed to lay there and listen to the radio, a pound down from when I first got up.
    Wednesday May 05 - 154.1 - I did go back to bed after getting up, but am from now on am going to use the higher number. (Otherwise I was 153.1 after going back to bed)

    NOTES - scales still going the right direction. This is the first time in months that I’m losing weight during TOM. I’m continuing with OMAD on M, W, and F and doing IF 16:8 on Su, Tu, Th, and Sa. 5 k run completed this morning.

    Continuing to work hard this week - cal avg of 1300 so far, 2 days with 2 workouts and drinking more tea, water and coffee (1 cup with 3 tbsp of almond milk creamer :p ).

    I'm not loving the weight gain due to my new scale but I will work to get back to the top of my maintenance goal.
    Now, I do love that my weight syncs with Fitbit which then syncs with MFP. Also, all of the stats are nice.

    FYI: My BF has been back and forth between 33% and 35% for 6 months. My goal is 30% and we will see what happens. I tend to carry my weight around my waist and hips.
    I have seen 32% once in March and May - on my way!

    This was a super hard week for me. I could not lose anything and was super upset about it. It was my TOM which definitely didn't help. :wink:
