One of my goals for May is to weigh myself less so this is a great way for me to be mindful of my weight but not obsess everyday about it!

NOTES - The scale is up a tad bit this morning but I’m not stressing about this. I had a difficult day yesterday with my energy and wasn’t able to do my IF day. I did well up until later in the evening when I had a handful of almonds and a cup of apple sorbet. I was still under for the day but I broke my fasting period. Just got a 5k run in this morning. I was feeling better so went ahead and ran it. Today I am doing OMAD so my one meal will be at dinner time. Have a great day everyone!

Continuing to work hard this week - cal avg of 1300 so far, 2 days with 2 workouts and drinking more tea, water and coffee (1 cup with 3 tbsp of almond milk creamer ).
I'm not loving the weight gain due to my new scale but I will work to get back to the top of my maintenance goal.
Now, I do love that my weight syncs with Fitbit which then syncs with MFP. Also, all of the stats are nice.

FYI: My BF has been back and forth between 33% and 35% for 6 months. My goal is 30% and we will see what happens. I tend to carry my weight around my waist and hips.
I have seen 32% once in March and May - on my way!

This was a super hard week for me. I could not lose anything and was super upset about it. It was my TOM which definitely didn't help.

Tuesday May 05 - 153.4 - Another case of going back to bed to lay there and listen to the radio, a pound down from when I first got up.

NOTES - welp. I knew it was coming. Even tho it wasn’t Mother’s Day for us here in France we still kinda celebrated. The kids always like to make it special because they know I miss being with my family. I was able to video chat with my grandma and sister. My sis went to my moms grave so we can say happy Mother’s Day to our mom together. It’s always bitter sweet for me. Anyways lots of very bad treats were had yesterday and now I have to do damage control. It’s Monday which means it’s OMAD day. Good thing too because after yesterday’s food shenanigans my tummy is so sore. I hope I can get myself back on track by Wednesday 🤞🏻
