    Day 1 done!
    I started with level 1. No modifications, but I would definitely like to better my side lunges and raises. I used 5 lbs dumbbells and the raises were very fatiguing and hard to keep up with.

    Starting measurements/weight:
    157lbs
    Neck 12.75"
    Arm 12.5"
    Chest 36"
    Waist 31.5"
    Hips 38"
    Thigh 22.5"

    Level 1 Day 1 complete! I did it with my 6 year old which made it so much better! haha I used 3lb weights this time around because I am trying to ease into strength again. I have 5lbs weights I can hopefully work up to pretty soon.

    Starting weight, 176. I'll update inches and weight lost every 10 days. Anyone have plans for how often they will have rest days?

    Day 1 done. Modified most of it as I'm pretty out of shape. I'm sure I'll improve over the coming days.
    Starting weight 186. Not taken any measurements yet.
    Using 3lb weights for now, might look into increasing see how I go first.

    Day 1 done! Due to a bit of a panic attack and asthma didn't feel up to it, but did it anyway. I modified the jumping jacks, jump rope and standard lunges as I have an injury in the middle of my left foot that was screaming at me today. So, went as low-impact as I could without having to bend it too much. Weights varied, my shoulders are weak so using 2lbs, for second circuit 5 lbers and on the chest flies 8 lbers.

    Neck: 15 7/8"
    Shoulders: 17"
    Chest: 54"
    Waist: 54"
    Hips: 61 1/2"
    Left Arm: 15"
    Right Arm: 15 1/2"
    Left Thigh: 27 1/4"

    Left Calf: 20"
    Right Calf: 19 7/8"

    Workout complete! Also had to modify the hard on the knees ones until I get a little better and stronger. Great job Everyone!

    I am going to rest every 5th day I think! So this Friday and next Wednesday.

    I'm in! Day 2 down. I'll update my measurements as soon as I have access to a measuring tape. Not weighing myself right now, just going on feel.

    Day 2 Done! Today was harder for some reason. My 2 month old was whining most of the time. In all fairness I could have chosen a better time to do it for him, but I really wanted to knock it out.

    Day 2 done. Was getting winded today. Tried a lot harder tho, so pushing myself is a plus! 30 minutes on the treadmill also..

    Day 2 done...wow what the difference a day makes. I had to PUSH but I survived! Day 2 Level 1 done though...109 calories+ burned; Max heart rate 169pbm!

    Day 2 done. Felt a bit easier today in some parts, certainly pushed myself harder than yesterday so will see what tomorrow feels like. Well done everyone x

    Day 2 done. For rest days it will be every Sunday for me. I’m getting better at the cardio and shoulder moves
