    I mean, I get it. I gotta stop weighing in every day but... at least it's not going up! I did a bad thing though & ordered a dress in a size smaller than I should've as motivation. :/a Guess I really gotta work for it now.

    Starting weight 170 lbs (post pregnancy at 47 - highest weight ever - and seemingly impossible to shake off)
    May - lost 6 lbs
    June - gained 3lbs
    Goal weight this month: To get out of the 150's!
    Target goal weight: 125 lbs (pre-pregnancy)

    July 1: 155.6 lbs
    July 2
    July 3
    July 4
    July 5 - 156.6 - not going well.
    July 6 - 156 - it feels so depressing losing and gaining the same lbs each month.

    July 3rd 211.4 ( I was non-stop at work yesterday. The holiday weekend will bring the weight back up.
    July 4th 210.2. I think my scale needs to be recharged.

    I'm sensing a trend... but for the next week or so it's really, really hot here and I haven't been able to do my usual 1-2 walks a day. Trying not to be super distressed about it but after a week of 10k+ days, hitting only 3.5k yesterday was a bummer.
