    July 3rd 211.4 ( I was non-stop at work yesterday. Holiday weekend will bring the weight back up.

    Starting weight 170 lbs (post pregnancy at 47 - highest weight ever - and seemingly impossible to shake off)
    May - lost 6 lbs
    June - gained 3lbs
    Goal weight this month: To get out of the 150's!
    Target goal weight: 125 lbs (pre-pregnancy)
