July 20th: 213.4 (-0.8 lbs , total -8.2 lbs) Scale was being wonky this AM! When I first hopped on I was up about a lb, and when I took another measurement I was down. Not trusting today's measurement - plan to check my batteries and re-take the measurement tomorrow. I ate bad yesterday and didn't do a good job on water so I was expecting to be up. We'll see tomorrow if I can't get a more reliable reading.2 -
