    July 13th: 214.2 (-7.4lbs) - totally water weight, but hope it sticks!
    July 20th: 213.4 (-0.8 lbs , total -8.2 lbs) Scale was being wonky this AM! When I first hopped on I was up about a lb, and when I took another measurement I was down. Not trusting today's measurement - plan to check my batteries and re-take the measurement tomorrow. I ate bad yesterday and didn't do a good job on water so I was expecting to be up. We'll see tomorrow if I can't get a more reliable reading.

    July 20th: 213.4 (-0.8 lbs , total -8.2 lbs) Scale was being wonky this AM! When I first hopped on I was up about a lb, and when I took another measurement I was down. Not trusting today's measurement - plan to check my batteries and re-take the measurement tomorrow. I ate bad yesterday and didn't do a good job on water so I was expecting to be up. We'll see tomorrow if I can't get a more reliable reading.

    July GW: 211

    July 13th: 214.2 (-7.4lbs) - totally water weight, but hope it sticks!
    July 21st: 212.7 Okay I'm gonna take this measurement as the one for this week. I got on/off several times and this was consistently the reading. I move my scale from carpet to tile when I weigh, it seems like the first reading is always off, and then consistent in subsequent readings. I'll have to keep that in mind!
