8/24: 175.5 - Ok. Accountability time. I have allowed my responsibilities to others to interfere with my diet. Lack of planning and follow through is quickly showing on the scale. My numbers were dropping nice and steady and I allowed that to also trick me into thinking some extra calories here and there wouldn't matter much. They do. I'm on my weigh now to fill a glass of ice water and prep some lunches for the week. I can do this and get back on track before my surgery!3 -

8/11160whew! 10 days to lose a pound. First of mini-mini goal done, 1 pound to make me 40 lbs
from goal. Second mini goal another pound to get back to where I ended last year.
I almost quit a few times but thanks to all the support here I hung in there and
made it! So here goes 1 more pound.
8/12 158.8 !!! Finally to low of last year! Total loss 33 lbs. Next goal 3 lbs that will be my half way point.
8/13 158.9!! Here we go again, hope I'm not stuck
8/14 158.9 Tomorrow the weekly weigh-in hope i don't gain like I did last Saturday
8/15 158.9 Well it is 1 lb per week this month which is better than last month.
8/24 158.5 Took a break from logging. Good news I didn't gain Bad news didn't lose much. but one more week
to go!
