I am so guilty of this. When I start to see progress in my weight loss journey, my mind thinks it's okay to eat a little bit more until I see my weight increasing then I start to feel bad. But guess what, it's really okay.... it's okay to enjoy our favorite foods once in a while as long as we get back on track. So I am back on track today....tracking my food, 30-40mins cardio!
