    8/2 161 thought I would do a daily check in and maybe lose more than 3 lbs this month.

    5 160.6 urg... hope this isn't going to be another slow month!
    6 160.4 urg..so painful
    7 160.3 the grind continues, tomorrow is my official check in day.

    Week 1 loss .6 so discouraging

    8/11 160whew! 10 days to lose a pound. First of mini-mini goal done, 1 pound to make me 40 lbs
    from goal. Second mini goal another pound to get back to where I ended last year.
    I almost quit a few times but thanks to all the support here I hung in there and
    made it! So here goes 1 more pound.

    8/12 158.8 !!! Finally to low of last year! Total loss 33 lbs. Next goal 3 lbs that will be my half way point.
