8/5: 287.6 (0) Stayed under by (617 calories). Still no loss, but better than a gain. Hopefully, I'll see another loss, by the end of the week. Which is in 2 days. π
8/6: 287.4 (-2 oz) I don't understand what is going on with my body. πI stayed under calories, my water was good amount. Also, exercised.
I ate pretty healthy yesterday. π© Will change things around in regards to my food and see what happens.
8/7: 288.8 lbs (+4 oz gain)
No weight-loss this week, instead I gained 4 oz, π© from my weight posted on the 1st π‘ Here's hoping next is much better.
Week 2:
8/8: 287 (-1.8) Now this is a good loss to start a new week off. π
