8/5: 287.6 (0) Stayed under by (617 calories). Still no loss, but better than a gain. Hopefully, I'll see another loss, by the end of the week. Which is in 2 days. 😃
8/6: 287.4 (-2 oz) I don't understand what is going on with my body. 😔I stayed under calories, my water was good amount. Also, exercised.
I ate pretty healthy yesterday. 😩 Will change things around in regards to my food and see what happens.

Today has been a year since I started my fitness journey again. I can't believe how fast it has flown by! The lowest number I got down to this year was 218.6. I am determined to get past that as I move forward. As of today I have lost 22.2 pounds total. Here is hoping I lose another 22 pounds or more through this next year.

Tried on scrubs thinking they'd fit no worries. The pants were tight across my hips and thighs, the top can't pull over my hips. I had to order a size up which sucks because they would have fit me last year without question. This year has been a nightmare of overeating and shame and guilt and then more overeating. Hopefully when I need motivation I can remember this moment to keep me focused.4
