So, my goals have gone out the window. I visited my family this past week and have been busy preparing for a visit with my inlaws. We decided to camp out in their yard to keep our Covid risk to a minimum, so I have just been go, go, go. With surgery coming up, this may be our last opportunity to visit for a while. I am still sticking to my calories, but I am not going to weigh for a few days - because there isn't enough room to pack my scale! Lol!5 -

Awesome, back to 0 lost. Iβm so frustrated this month! Iβm pretty sure itβs because Iβm at the end of my half marathon training with really long runs on Saturday and Iβm retaining water but itβs still really frustrating to not be seeing progress.5
