Yay! I reached my 1st mini goal of 215! I am excited because once I hit 215 my blood pressure starts to lower a lot. If I keep this up hopefully I can go to not taking as much blood pressure medicine!Final Week

I didn’t post every day or even every week.in August it got really hot my outside cycling suffered I went every day but 2-5 miles instead of 10-20 miles. Then there was a storm. Power outages, trees down. I did a different type of exercise.
My weight loss slowed. 9 days ago I went on a week long ride the trails trip. We rode nearly 200 miles in 7 days.
Ate at resturants, 3 meals a day bar food. PIE.. I was over my allotted calories everyday until I entered my exercise. for 10 years I biked across iowa 400-500 miles in a week gained weight every year. One year I gained 7lbs.
I was going to wait till Friday to weigh myself normally it’s Wednesday. But this morning I decided what the heck get it over with.
I LOST 1.2 lbs For the month of August I’ve lost 5 lbs.
I wanted to get to wonderland by Labor Day I’m not sure that will happen unless I have a real good week. But I’m close I will get there.
