                    Hello everyone! Welcome to the seventh three-month pick-your-own-difficulty challenge. This challenge will last from August until October 31st. No need to have participated in any of the previous challenges in order to join this one. Just post that you're joining and boom, you've joined!
You get to choose how much weight you want to lose within this three month period.

            I am in!! I am really in need of focus and accountability in this Ground Hog Day existence we are in. After happily being in maintenance for a number of months, a major home remodel (no kitchen for 2 1/2 months) followed by Covid 19 and I derailed completely. I need to bring things to a screeching halt and lose the 20 pounds I have gained back. Hopefully this Challenge will help me get most of the way there.

 Ultimate Goal Weight: 123-127 lb will see how that goes though. Under 130 is good too.
 I peetered out on the last change in July. I always get too stressed to log in July, October, January and April because those times of year are busy for me. I will have to get used to the eventually but for now my goal is to lose 5 lbs at least over August and September and hold steady in October.
 Luckily I didn't gain back too much in July (somehow only 1.5 lbs). I am also going to increase my calories a tad to make snacking easier lol.
