    Hey everyone. Starting this challenge and hoping it will help me to weigh in weekly rather than step on those scales everyday. I know some people prefer it but I find it better doing it weekly but lately I've been doing it daily. Have adjusted the dates to Wednesday's for me though.

    I have got another 2lbs to go and then I will have lost 2 stone since the start of my weight loss journey. Its a milestone I'm really excited about reaching because it means I am over 2/3 of the way towards my goal weight of 147lb (10st 7lbs)

    Whelp. I'm finally getting my act in gear. Seems like I'm the kind of person who needs a goal date and a reason (more than I want my clothes to fit) to keep it together.

    So im hoping to lose 7-10 lbs by December 10. So what is that... 0.7 to 1 lb a week I guess haha. That works out. I think it should be doable.

    I already made an intro post way back in August but I've just maintained the whole time. Time to keep going. Luckily I'm finally sick of chips after eating them nearly every day not losing weight. I stopped calorie counting in July when I lost my motivation date (return to work... which I decided not to do). Now a new date of Dec 10 is because we are contemplating having another child (though the jury is still out, we are having trouble making up our minds) so it would be good to get rid of the weight from the previous pregnancy nearly 2 years ago lol.

    Goal for the remainder of this challenge is level 1.

    Goal weight for end of October is 128 lb ish

    Hope to stick to exercising in the weeks ahead but weather has become very winter and wet. 🤞

    Any ideas?? I am looking for a Building Strength and Maintaining Weight challenge for Winter to Spring. Any ideas appreciated as I have never tried strength training before and need more muscle to stop the fat creeping back.
