    Hey everyone. Starting this challenge and hoping it will help me to weigh in weekly rather than step on those scales everyday. I know some people prefer it but I find it better doing it weekly but lately I've been doing it daily. Have adjusted the dates to Wednesday's for me though.

    Been having a hard time, I hurt my back then my daughter birthday was 9/11. Haven't been exercising or eating right. But I'm back this week!

    I have got another 2lbs to go and then I will have lost 2 stone since the start of my weight loss journey. Its a milestone I'm really excited about reaching because it means I am over 2/3 of the way towards my goal weight of 147lb (10st 7lbs)
