    I'm a 5ft 4in, 48 years old female.

    SW: 15st 8lb (217lb)
    CW: 13st 6lb (188lb)
    RGW: 13st 4lb (186lb)
    UGW: 10 st (140lb)

    🎯 Mini goal 12st. 7lb (175) puts my BMI into the overweight category.

    15/8 13st 6lb (188lb) -3lb I always have the day off on a saturday, so will see what the scales say tomorrow.

    16/8 13st 5.5lb (187.5lb) -1/2lb Feeling good today. I did better yesterday than I thought, even with having a day off, Only going a few cals over my limit.😊

    17/8 13st 5.25lb (187.25lb) -1/4lb tough day today. I tend to want to eat when my pain is bad. I've given in a little but hopefully it wont be to bad.😞

    18/8 13st 5lb (187lb) -1/4lb I've not started fantastically with an egg and bacon sandwich. (I had bacon that needed eating and it would be criminal to through it away.) I guess today will be my cheat day. 🤣🤣

    19/8 13st 5.25lb (187.25lb) +1/4lb. I am not thrilled with today's weigh in. Yesterday was a bit of a wash out. Oh well,🤷🏻‍♀️ Today seems to be going well so onwards and upwards.

    20/8 13st 5lb (186lb) -1 1/4lb Happy with that. It's good to be on track again.😊

    21/8 13st 3.5lb (184.5lb) -1 1/2b Good result today.😊 Fingers crossed it Carrys on for then 3 days. My pain today is not good so still no exersice but Counting and tracking my food seems to be really helping.

    08/15 DNW. Camping this weekend. I haven't done a horrible job but I've definitely had a few things I wouldn't normally while trying to lose weight. It's ok, lake calories dont count 😁

    08/16 198.8 That's ok! I knew it would go up a little, I'm just happy I'm still in Onederland. Back at it today. Happy sunday!

    08/17 197.8 Down a little :) I got a compliment yesterday about losing weight. I'm going to use that as fuel to keep going! Happy Monday, hope you all have a great week!

    08/18 196.6 Today is my sons birthday! We always let them pick what they would like for dinner on their birthdays and he chose my favorite barbeque restaurant. I plan to make good choices, but it's going to be hard!

    08/19 196.2 I was able to stay under my calorie goal yesterday. I didn't get in enough water so my goal today is make sure I do. I have a long drive this morning, so I see many pit stops in my future 😄 Happy hump day!

    08/21 195.8 I feel like I should probably start exercising soon. I was waiting because I have knee and back problems and was hoping that if I got some weight off it would help ease the pain a little. I'm almost down 20 lbs and still in pain so now I'm hoping that exercise will help. I'm not sure. I'll just start slow. Slow and steady wins the race, right?!

    You might find that as you move more it helps lessen the psychological pain of being in physical pain. My mom lives with physical chronic pain and one of her favorite times of day is when she uses these jumpy exercise shoe things she has because it just makes her feel so good mentally and she forgets for a second about the physical pain.

    Like you said, slow and steady wins the race... especially this type of race we're in. And congrats on the 20 lb weight loss! That's no easy feat!

    @_JeffreyD_ A couple of times you have mentioned being in Central Illinois. What town are you in? I lived in Illinois for a few of years long ago.
