    Been there just did that my wife divorced me after 27 yrs 10 months 18 days. I was totally depressed and out of it for 8 months but on aug 7th the day after the divorce I realized I needed to put it behind me and move on as she would say. I was losing weight before the fiasco and continued through it losing 107 lbs and 10 inches in my waist in 1 year

    I certainly wouldn't reflect on my own behavior and ask myself what things I could do differently in the future.

    I'd assume that I'm better off without them and that they were lucky to have in the first place.

    As for growing taller you want that surgery where they break your legs and your in a leg brace for like a year...good luck with that or unless you took hgh when your in your teens haha.

    Exactly what I did do at the end of my marriage. Took some time to get right with ME. Then start living my life, handling my chit, and moving forward knowing that every day is an adventure and I better enjoy the ride as long as I can.
