What Did You Win at Today?

I know @Revolu7 was supposed to start this thread or whatever, but I couldn't wait.

What is something you "won" at today? Big or small, celebrate your tiny achievements or good fortune and stay motivated. :)

- I used going to the post office to mail books as an excuse to walk (it's about an hour roundtrip) and on my way home, I found a dollar.

Thanks to @Revolu7 and others who have been providing words of wisdom and motivation.

I haven't been awake long enough to win at much.

So far I've succeeded at making myself one fried egg with toast for breakfast.

Other things on the agenda are to do my Heather Robertson workout and go to the bank.

If when I do the workout I'll report back. That will be a big win for me.

I had two big work deadlines today and I finished up both on time while working from the hospital. Proud of myself for accomplishing that!

    - I resisted the urge to go back for another biscuit, even though they are really tasty and homemade bread products are my weakness. Baby steps.

👏 good for you! Resisting temptation is a win.

My hospice patient opened up to me today. After 4 days of silence, this was a win - win for me.

Bless your heart for working in that field. <3

I agree. It takes a very special and beautiful kind of person to be able to do that work. ❤️

    - I halfway cleaned up my kid's bedroom. He had a lot of toys he wasn't using (old puzzles, magazines and the like) that were cluttering up space. Sorted his books and pulled ones he never reads to send to other people who want them. I didn't 100% clean it, just tidied. Had been meaning to do it for ages.
