I've gained some weight back since going back to school in the fall and I'm feeling ready to be a little more aware of what I'm eating again. Hopeful that gyms will open back up in a week or two here and I can start working out there. We're headed for a cold snap soon!

I suspect a similar outcome to you when I weigh tomorrow. I lost the first couple of pounds faster than I expected and so now I think I’m at a most realistic loss for the three weeks. We most don’t have a ton to lose, so don’t beat yourself up!
