    @desolate_angel I use Happy Scale, I love it! As you say the average is so useful for really understanding what's happening on the journey as @mtaratoot called it, which I totally agree with.

    I've gained some weight back since going back to school in the fall and I'm feeling ready to be a little more aware of what I'm eating again. Hopeful that gyms will open back up in a week or two here and I can start working out there. We're headed for a cold snap soon!

    I suspect a similar outcome to you when I weigh tomorrow. I lost the first couple of pounds faster than I expected and so now I think I’m at a most realistic loss for the three weeks. We most don’t have a ton to lose, so don’t beat yourself up!

    Didn’t change this week BUT have been drinking 64 ounces of water which is much more than I usually drink and was aiming for one pound per week so still meeting my January goal! Getting to 130.0 by next Friday is my new goal!
