Whoops! Not ideal but not put off, I’ve cut out the snacks, cut out chocolate- not on purpose but just not reached for it, I have some eggs boiling as we speak to have as snacks, my dinners have been high carbs this week, I’ve abandoned the car and taking myself on small walks to go buy the milk etc8 -

That was a bit of a downward ‘blip’ when I weighed myself this morning (was 62.1kg yesterday), so I would expect it to go back up a bit over the next few days. That’s why I like daily weigh-ins: I can identify blips when they happen better, rather than assume I have actually suddenly gained or lost weight I wouldn’t have expected to.

Didn't do a full week so quite pleased with my first pound off. More pleased that I managed to stick to tracking every day and only went over my calorie goal a tiny bit on one day. Now need to start adding in more exercise.
Very motivating to see everyone else's results so far.
