That was a bit of a downward ‘blip’ when I weighed myself this morning (was 62.1kg yesterday), so I would expect it to go back up a bit over the next few days. That’s why I like daily weigh-ins: I can identify blips when they happen better, rather than assume I have actually suddenly gained or lost weight I wouldn’t have expected to.

Didn't do a full week so quite pleased with my first pound off. More pleased that I managed to stick to tracking every day and only went over my calorie goal a tiny bit on one day. Now need to start adding in more exercise.
Very motivating to see everyone else's results so far.

Lost 50 lbs a few years ago with MFP and kept it off for 2 yrs, covid year got me gaining 25 back so time to get back to it... I've upped my water intake significantly but seem to be retaining it huge this week. I've been doing well in keeping within my cals but not seeing the scale budge is annoying 😒 Will see what this week brings!2 -
