Lost 50 lbs a few years ago with MFP and kept it off for 2 yrs, covid year got me gaining 25 back so time to get back to it... I've upped my water intake significantly but seem to be retaining it huge this week. I've been doing well in keeping within my cals but not seeing the scale budge is annoying 😒 Will see what this week brings!
