    Wow that's INSANE! Great work, be very proud! I'm also 5'2" and even though I don't have as much weight to shed, you're very inspiring to me to keep going! Did you take any 'break days' every week from working out? Or did you just work on different areas every day? :-)

    I'm new to the site and I just started my journey to a healthier lifestyle. You're pictures looks amazing. Thank you for posting the initial before and after pictures. I know I can do this.     Agreed. No point in trading atherosclerosis or diabetes for melanoma . . .

    I know it's bad:/ I just wanted some color and now I'm using a self tanner to just maintain it:)
