    April 5: 156.6 last week I started my vacation so the weight will be up a bit because I went crazy the past seven days.. but now life is back to normal and I am ready to recommit.

    April 19:156.6 I have had trouble the past couple of weeks .. just can't seem to get back on track but I changed up diet a little and hope that these new changes will help me stay on track

    15 Feb: 208.8 This reflects an overnight jump in weight. I went OMAD yesterday but it was a bit starchy. It still feels unfair.
    22 Feb: 207.2 Another overnight jump in weight but still better than last week and less than starting weight so I will take this as an inspiration to make the much needed improvements in my diet and exercise plans.
    28 Feb: 207.0

    Total loss for Feb: 0.6 Lost. Very happy with this considering that winter is the hardest to lose.


    01 March: 206.6 Spring is not until May in northern Michigan (planting starts June 1st) so this entire challenge will still be a winter challenge for me. While it is the hardest time to lose, and it is dangerously too slippery outside until May for this old gal, I will give it my all.
    08 March: 208.2 Damn it already! Pizza last night adding nearly a pound didn’t help. It was the dinner choice during an important family and extended family meeting. Buckling down today!
    15 March: 207.2 Daughter and grandson moved in over the weekend. Wow, this will be challenging to meal plan & prep, especially with the houseful of people involved in the renovations. Honestly, don’t want to cook 3 or 4 different dinners. Not sure how this will play out. Portion control rather than special recipes? We’ll see how long they are here and what I can do.
    22 March: 207.4 treading in place.
    29 March: 207.0 I am happy for any improvement. Down 0.6 since challenge start.
    31 March: 208.2 OMGosh. All because of no TMI today. Keeping it real……

    05 April: 206.6 After a yo-yo week, I am finally down a bit again. I’ll try to take this ball and run with it!
    12 April: 207.4 I guess my body likes the 207’s. It feels like I’ve been here for [italics]years[/italics]. I just have to try harder!
    19 April: 206.0 A nice overnight drop due to so much activity yesterday. Hope to hold this and continue progress.
    26 April: 204.0 It’s the yardwork cleaning up trees I had cut down.
    30 April: 206.2 Feeling like this is my true weight. Gotta get it down more next challenge. Upcoming better weather will help.
