    My weight just exploded since March lockdown last year. I gained 40 pounds rapidly. I am determined to get this under control and get out of this funk. :)

    crash and burn due to stress and sleep deprivation.

    Diet was going just fine for the first week and having some good results,
    but work stress and sleep deprivation have made me late night snack and eat.

    maybe restart the journey by next week, hopefully

    I know how Biryani is delicious, i’ve been eating it here in my city many times,

    Wish for u to achieve ur goals in having ur perfect fitness appearance and performance,
    But try to avoid Chappati, it’s..just.. yummy ;)

    I'm joining after giving birth two months ago. In 2019, I lost 50lbs and got past goal weight. Last year I got pregnant back to back and so I'm back to square one! I'm looking to be under 170 lb by end of June and take family photos 😊 Thanks for the challenge!

    I lost some weight before, but gained it all back during winter. Now I really want to get back on track. I am so in.

    I started this challenge all full of motivation and everything. I am still tracking everything but I keep going over my calories every day. I don't track until after I eat and I realize how much everything is. I find I eat too much during the day and there is not enough calories left over for dinner. I'm just struggling. My boyfriend is thin and can eat anything and everything in sight, and he snacks CONSTANTLY and I find it really hard to say no. I'm just struggling and thought I would come here to hopefully find the spark again.

    My husband is the same way. I have certain foods that I will only eat with him, but I have finally divorced my eating from his eating. It can be sad sometimes when we are eating together and he gets way more, but I now just don't eat what he is snacking on. If it looks good, I either ask for one bite or work it in for later or the next day. If it just about snacking and I am actually hungry, I go grab something that fits my goals. If nothing else, a couple of sticks of celery is never going to put me over (but if I am hungry, I will have hummus with the celery, I am not a masochist).

    Count me in! Starting over AGAIN! Had lost 17 last October and gained back due to COVID stress eating and Sciatic nerve in hip/leg but determined to get back to moving again and on track!

    I started this challenge all full of motivation and everything.
    It is hard! I cut out coffee creamer and it is a struggle every day- I'man all or nothing coffee drinker, but boy do I miss creamer. Not snacking when around a grazer is the worst. My husband is a grazer and drives me crazy with his munching all day. I have no tips to share but I can empathize!

    It's so hard! I like your advice concordanica, and I will definitely try to eat healthier options instead of snacking what he is snacking on. I have to try. I typically don't weigh in till Friday but I weighed in today because I knew I was doing terrible and I thought if I saw it on the scale it would help me and oh man...I gained 1.2 lbs!! And it hasn't even been a week yet!!! ugh. I think it has given me motivation to cut out all the crap!

    Forgettiffs, thanks for the empathy. I am so impressed that you gave up creamer. That's something I will never budge on haha it's too important. Living with a grazer is hard, especially when they don't gain a pound and can eat whatever they want.

    U seem to have a similar story like mine. My guy initially was just 50kgs and I was almost double him..I was 97

    He is 78 now and I'm 83... Don't worry things will change.. let him snack anything to get closer to Ur number.... BUT U NEED TO CUT OUT FEW THINGS AND SELECT FEW THINGS to get closer to his number...

    Trust me... Try it.. I saw my guy forcefully eat to get fat... And diet for him...

    Slowly but steadily... We look near to perfect now. Just take a minute to think what Ur gonna eat... Coz that's what Ur gonna become or look like

    I'm addicted to coffee with sugar.... It's next to impossible for me to stay without it. So I tried to punish myself with the same coffee.. by drinking it without sugar. So I literally think to myself that I can live without it than drinking that bitter coffee...

    Keep trying things... JUST DONT GIVE UP....
