Updated. I wish I could lose more It was a great week nonetheless. I am working out roughly 45mins/ day (cardio + strength training) and I am walking 10,000 steps a day in the evenings. Tracking food regularly.

I'm okay with a pound a week. Better to be one down than one up! Did not get to exercise the way i wanted last week due to the pain in my hip/leg so I'm glad to be down 1 pound!

I haven’t been below 170lbs since 2013!! I really want to keep going with this as I’m feeling so good and proud of myself.
March 1: 177.2lbs
March 4: 177.4lbs (+0.2lbs but actually a drop of 2lbs since last Thursday so I’m okay with this).
March 11: 176.8lbs (-0.6lbs my period completely derails me; cravings and zero motivation for exercise)
March 18: 174.6 (-2.2lbs). Great week, feeling hella motivated.

Hey y’all! I’m a little late but I’m so ready to start. After my break up in Nov 2020 I’ve gained weight. I’ll be trying to shed that off.
I’m going to try and do cycling/biking at the gym or go on hikes. Stay under 1200 calories. And eat at home most of the times.
Currently I’m at 198. Nov 202 I was 185.

My weigh in was after a night shift today so it might be a little off because I eat at midnight and drink water all night. I think I'll weigh in again after my set of shifts and see if there is much of a difference.

Here's my progress:

I had a really good week until Saturday when it was my husband's birthday and I went off track. I enjoyed it and ate much less than I would have if I wasn't doing this challenge! I'm happy with a lb weight loss.
I managed to walk over 20,000 steps each day mon-fri and over 10,000 on sat and sun.
Back at it today, going to do what I did last week- lots of walking and planning my diary the night before but this time with no weekend binge!!!
