Things are tough here with my recovering ankle injury.... But these 3 months I'm gonna make it a memorable one... That too it's the 1st time I have so many ppl accompanying me..... Woah... Every time I think of snacking... All I remember is this group and the weight I gotta log in on Saturday..

My daily goals for these 3 months are
No junk especially fried or starch
Daily 1 ACV 1 tbsp
Daily twice green tea
Atleast 2-3 litres water (I know it's less) but I just can't drink plain water...
Goal is to lose at least 20 to 30 lbs in these 3 months...
Mom is gonna gift me a nice gold pendant and an amazing outfit...fingers crossed 🎉🎉🙏🙏2 -

I mostly weigh-in on Friday mornings. My objective is to lose 0.5 pounds a week- that's how I put the weight on- a little at a time. I'm a bit in awe of those who can lose several pounds a week and sustain the loss. I've never been able to do that successfully!

Hi,
Can I join in please? I typed a big post and lost it!
So, I'm summary, I live in Ireland, I'm 5ft8 and I've put on a lot of weight over the last three years thanks to eating to cope with some curve balls!
I'm hoping to get some motivation by posting on here and reading about everyone else's weight loss.
My starting weight (today) is 195.3lbs.
My goal for the end of the challenge is to be 175.3 lbs.
I'm reasonably active and I'm going to keep my kcals at 1500 per day with an increase to 2000 on rare occasions.
