    Ur welcome.... Our only goal is by posting how much we lost.... We can support and motivate one another especially if we think of giving up..... Atleast looking at this group, we may never want to give up....

    So let's get started and work our way out to our goal....a step closer to self love and self confidence..❤️

    Try yoga.i heard that there are few important asanas for thyroid issues..... They activate the thyroid gland to start producing hormones.... Give it a try. My friend tried it too....she says that the levels improved

    I'd love to join as well! My birthday is this month and I didn't take great care of myself last year so I'm looking to feel better! I'm not as worried about the number in the scale (but have some work to do) but I'd like to decrease body fat...not sure what that looks like in 3 months...

    I weigh daily, but will post Mondays weight.

    I would love to join. Got some medical results I really didn't want so it's time to take control and reverse this through diet & exercise

    I'm in! I lost 50 lbs about 20 years ago and regained that plus 20 more over time. Then in 2019, I lost 40 lbs. I regained that over the last year (COVID sucks!). I restarted again last week and had a very disappointing .4 lb loss for the first week. I need motivation to keep going.

    Goals
    --exercise 4+ days per week
    --track all food at least 5 days per week (hopefully within my calorie limit)
    --stop eating when I'm full

    Weighing Thursdays

    I return to work in April- long shifts - so very apprehensive about maintaining consistency and not stress eating/ wanting more sugar, carbs and wine from lack of time and sleep. I tend to ‘reward’ myself with eating out, quick fix meals despite having beautiful food in my fridge. It’s also a HUGE challenge to keep hydrated at work.😓

    I haven’t been below 170lbs since 2013!! I really want to keep going with this as I’m feeling so good and proud of myself.

    March 4: 177.4lbs (+0.2lbs but actually a drop of 2lbs since last Thursday so I’m okay with this).
