Hi everyone,
Well I fell off track for the last week, didn't weigh in last Monday and then just ate a lot for the week.
I'm back now and looking forward to seeing my numbers go down again.
I'm not going to put in all my numbers for March because the last week has undone a good bit so I'm just going to put in today's number and go from there.
April 12th: 194.5
Goal by May 31st: 181.5.
This week, I'm going to stay within my 1500 kcals for each of the 7 days, walk 15-20k steps per day and drink plenty of3 -

Sorry guys for the long break... I'm back after a viral fever.... These days were miserable with bed rest, antibiotic, sickening medications and above EVERYTHING food....
Came back home today to find my bestie surprise me with her 15kg weight loss....leaving me with a jaw drop...
Oh heaven 1 month is gone... Just 45 days left....
Can anyone tell me if intermittent fasting really works?5 -
Must've hit a block the last 2 weeks because the weight really came off this week! & I've officially lost 20 pounds since I started my journey back in January! So exciting

This. Everything works as long as youβre in a calorie deficit. IF makes it a bit easier because you have less time to eat. Think skipping breakfast every day, or dinner.
