    Hi everyone,

    Well I fell off track for the last week, didn't weigh in last Monday and then just ate a lot for the week.

    I'm back now and looking forward to seeing my numbers go down again.

    I'm not going to put in all my numbers for March because the last week has undone a good bit so I'm just going to put in today's number and go from there.

    April 12th: 194.5

    Goal by May 31st: 181.5.

    This week, I'm going to stay within my 1500 kcals for each of the 7 days, walk 15-20k steps per day and drink plenty of

    Not a surprise. To be honest I started to slack off near the end of the week and I didn’t log my food at all this weekend. Need to get back on track!

    Must've hit a block the last 2 weeks because the weight really came off this week! & I've officially lost 20 pounds since I started my journey back in January! So exciting

    Sorry guys for the long break... I'm back after a viral fever.... These days were miserable with bed rest, antibiotic, sickening medications and above EVERYTHING food....

    Came back home today to find my bestie surprise me with her 15kg weight loss....leaving me with a jaw drop...

    Oh heaven 1 month is gone... Just 45 days left....

    Can anyone tell me if intermittent fasting really works?

    I hope that you're feeling better. That sounds absolutely horrible.

    And yes, intermittent fasting does work if you're in a calorie deficit.

    Very excited to break into the next stone bracket this week. Proof positive that logging works. Now halfway through so keep going everyone, and think about how good we will feel on the 1st of June if we have made progress towards our goals.

    This. Everything works as long as you’re in a calorie deficit. IF makes it a bit easier because you have less time to eat. Think skipping breakfast every day, or dinner.

    March 4: 177.4lbs (+0.2lbs but actually a drop of 2lbs since last Thursday so I’m okay with this).
    March 11: 176.8lbs (-0.6lbs my period completely derails me; cravings and zero motivation for exercise)
    March 18: 174.6 (-2.2lbs). Great week, feeling hella motivated.
    March 25: 177.4 (-0.2lbs) this was randomly 177 at the weekend, so I’m grateful for the loss! 6.7cm gone from my waist since January 😁

    My birthday is tomorrow! My goal was to be in the 140s by my birthday and surprisingly I weighed out at 149.9 yesterday! But it went back up today, none the less progress is progress. im stoked to ALMOST be officially back in the 140s .
