I have about that to lose ultimately. So I’m in. Right now I’m moving house so getting lots of exercise packing but also trying to clear kitchen cupboards so I’m eating more carbs than I’d usually do. Also Store is out of my favorite low carb meal. So I’m seeing wild scale fluctuations due to sodium, carbs and sore muscles even if I’m in a calorie deficit. And I don’t have much time to worry about it. Just am not buying bad junk food and carrying on1

Posted that on April 7th. As of last Thursday I weighed 148.3, so over 35 pounds since then. It gets harder as there is less to goal. I'm still shooting for 130s though it'll take time, 10 weeks to get out of the 150s so 🤷, these last 8.4 pounds will happen though.2 -

Thank you ! I always aim to lose 2lbs a week ... but ... I'm weeks behind ... so this time, I'm just trying to take it a day at a time. Recently I've gained 8lbs ... so I'm just trying to stop gaining first ! Feeble goal I know ... but I have to conquer this if I can even think of reducing. What are your current goals ?1 -

Me too, I had my settings at 2lbs a week but I changed it a few days ago to 1.5lbs a week because I felt like I needed more calories for now. I'm gaining too so just working on that too. And short term goal is 240lbs!0 -
