    Round One - I'm late to this party, but would love to join you all. So I went back to include my weeks daily weight. So odd to have seen my weight go up from yesterday as I've eaten healthy foods in moderate portions in the last few days. I'm a 67 year old female. Here's to making it a clean 10 lb loss by the 21st! My mini goal is to become overweight..at 202 lbs!

    @deepwoodslady - sorry you're feeling so down at the moment, hope getting things off your chest has really helped, maybe it might make you feel better if you count your blessing next? I know at times we all get to feel down and often that makes those of us that have a food problem turn to comfort eating. Sending you loads of comforting hugs so you don't have to turn to food xx.

    JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 147 (round 79 for me ) I prove time after time that I need this to help me keep on track! Thank you @QuiltingJaine for setting up the new challenge.

    Female age 62 5' 4” - Challenge for this round; need to get back to maintenance – get back to and stay at or >130. Away in our touring holiday for a weeks holiday, bbq each night with a glass of wine, but plenty of good long coastal walks (weather permitting!). Will try everyday to be in credit with calories. Need to get back to good habits; be mindful of what I eat & drink, try to keep it in moderation, keep walking, no binges; remember keeping the 10 days binge free makes such a difference! Not taking any chocolate with us – DH can sort & control his own! (He's lucky he's never had a weight problem.) A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.

    Keep calm – we're all in this together! Wash hands, be kind, continue to follow all latest Government guidelines for C-19 virus. Be positive for the vaccine – I've had my first, spread positivity and encouragement for it to others.

    Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It's took me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.

    04/13 130.2 - such a surprise! Expect it will be back up tomorrow. Only 4.91 miles walked yesterday as travelled best part of 200 miles to Devon, and a short walk between setting up the caravan & awning and getting the bbq on, hence 108 calories over.
    04/14 131.2 - that's more like what I expected yesterday! 12.17 glorious miles walked yesterday on the coastal path and through Valley of the Rocks, 856 calories in credit.
    04/15 131.2 - 11.11 miles walked yesterday, 244 calories in credit.
    04/16 131.2 - 8.92 miles walked yesterday around the woods, up hills and down dales at a National Trust property and estate, 25 calories over. Today is my birthday; started the day with bucks fizz and intend having a cream tea later mid walk!
    04/17 131.6 - 12 miles walked yesterday down into Lynmouth, up the banks of the River Lyn to Watersmeet, enjoyed a delicious birthday cream tea, climbed Contisbury Hill enjoyed all the views and back along the coastal path to Lynmouth, a cheeky half a cider harbour side (cuz we can now!), caught the cliff railway to Lynton & then the last final miles steep climb back up to the campsite. A wonderful birthday in gorgeous sunny weather ?. 334 calories in credit.
    04/18 131.6 - a challenging 14.35 miles completed yesterday, out along the coastal path from the Valley of the Rocks and then inland for several steep prolonged climbs, but each time rewarded by amazing views of the surrounding countryside. 707 calories in credit. Driving back home today so a good 4+ hours in the car, will be able to reflect on the fabulous birthday break!
